5 starsAirpro took care of my heating needs, what American home shield and their "supplier" couldn't in a year, my wife lost one of her birds before they decided to "snap to" bit yet still fumbled the ball. Airpros Salesman ****, and 3 Technicians that visited my home, worked hard to get me an appointment, and my heater replaced. Thank You!Review fromAnon U

This company was assigned to me by my home warranty company, because my ** stopped blowing cold air. Air Pro Heating and ******* sent out a VERY young man, who looked 18 years old, and had an even younger looking kid with him as a pseudo apprentice, and they didn't even look at my ** unit. They looked at my furnace, diagnosed a problem without any testing whatsoever, and told me that I needed to replace my furnace. As my issue was the ** unit, I told my home warranty company that I wanted a 2nd opinion. Long story short, a separate company fixed the issue with a $50 part, and the Air Pro Heating and Cooling guys were prepared to charge me thousands to replace something that wasn't even causing the problem. That's either outright incompetence or fraud, in either scenario, they should be ashamed to have that guy on their staff.

This customer accused our technician of stealing a part off his furnace, we diagnosed the board was faulty. We suggested that we can get a new board or he may want to replace FURNACE, due to the age and parts availability. At this time due to accusations of stealing ,we will not do any further dealings with this customer and have notified his home warranty **Review fromRalph D

Airpro installed a new furnace in our home 5 years ago, that included a 10 year parts and labor warranty. 5 years later, January 31, 2024 our unit stopped working during the coldest months of the year. after 5 visits the Airpro Tech ordered new Heat Exchangers, which we are still waiting for....did I mention that was almost 5 months ago.....still not fixed....Their response: parts are still on order......Air-Pro Heating & Cooling

Unfortunately the manufactures are still in Covid mode we have no control of parts. we at Air Pro strive for excellence manufacture control the parts, We've check on your parts and they are still out of stock we will call you as soon as the part becomes available.Thanks *********************** President **********************Review fromJose R

Omg I cant put in they amazing their customer service is wonderful. I can call them mid morning. Theyll be here in the afternoon solving all my problems showing me what I need to know teaching me. Ive been with them for three years and I loved every moment they come by to check on me and my equipment, these guys are a bunch of professionals wonderful with pricing I cant imagine another Air-conditioning company me going to not even for service that always be my company and man I love them all great bunch of team workers I just cant put it all in wordsAir-Pro Heating & Cooling
