2 starsBig rip off. I was sold a new door and screen door. My 6 year old old Pella screen door was so much nicer than the cheap one installed. They tell you ‘custom fit’, but my installers put pieces of puffy tape to hide the gaps. My threshold was replaced and bare wood from removal was left unfinished. I was told they’d make it right. I reached out by email 2 different times & no one got back to me. I had to actually level & tighten my door handle & dead bolt on both sides. Poor customer service after they have your money. Not worth the overpriced product!!Review fromRob W

5 starsFrom start to finish the whole experience was great. My Sales person, ********************* couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. There was no pressure what so ever and the installers were very courteous and did a beautiful job. If you're thinking about replacing your windows make sure you check out Thermo-Twin. 5 starsMy Thermo Twin windows and sliding Patio door are absolutely beautiful. The installation team, *****, ****, **** and **** did an excellent job. The team was very professional and courteous. 5 starsThermo-Twin from Pittsburgh replaced the windows in my townhouse today and did an awesome job! The men in "****'s Crew" were very professional and an efficiently coordinated team of hard workers. They were all very pleasant, personable and helpful and I felt very comfortable with them in my house. They cleaned up so well you would never know they were there. The windows are very nice, high quality and made a beautiful change to my house. Highly recommend.Thermo-Twin Windows

5 starsWe had six windows installed on September 12, 2022. We are very pleased with the windows.The quality and appearance are very good, much to our satisfaction. A crew of 4 came early and commenced with the installation. They were joined later in the day by another crew which finished another job. This made for a timely completion.They left our home totally cleaned from all of the debris and matter that was evident from the installation process.We are totally pleased with the experience, from the salesperson back in February through the customer service and finally the installation.Thermo-Twin Windows

5 starsThermo-Twin was fantastic throughout the window buying process. Our sales rep, ***, was thorough, honest and very friendly to us as we worked through multiple estimates. The price was right for us and the timing was a perfect fit for our schedule. When the construction team of 5 people came to our home, they took great care of our home and made sure that we were satisfied with the work product. They asked us questions throughout the day and made us aware of their progress as they worked through each stage of installation. We love our windows and were treated very well from the estimate stage, installation and follow-up from the company afterwards. We couldn't be more happy with our windows and Thermo-Twin's work. 5 starsI love my Thermo Twin windows. Ive received so many positive comments from my neighbors because the improved curb appeal is amazing. I have a small three bedroom ranch style house that now looks great. And I already noticed a differences my air conditioner running less and I can keep it a few degrees higher and still feel cool. The salesman was very respectful and informative. The installers were on time and finished in one day. They thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed after they were done.
