      We got our windows in March, 2024 and we are very glad we waited to make our review. We were amazed at how much warmer our home was this winter compared to previous years. Our salesman was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. The installers were on time and got to work as soon as they arrived. They were very careful to lay down plastic everywhere they were working and were meticulous. The guys were friendly, conscientious, and good at their jobs.We would not hesitate to call Thermo-Twin again.

      I was very pleased with the entire process of my purchase of new windows for my home from Thermo Twin. The salesman was super nice and did not pressure. The installers were also very polite. I also was happy buying from a local employee owned business.

      Thermo-twin installed 9 window in our home the crew if installers were very skilled at what to do and worked as one unit from start to finish from removing old windows to cleaning up all dirt.       Great experience start to finish. We needed to replace 20 casement windows in an old sunroom that we were no longer able to close completely due to wear and age of the window mechanisms. Some of the wood window frames were also rotten. We requested bids from 3 window companies. Thermo-Twin was the last company that met with us to see our sunroom. Pricewise they were fairly comparable to the other 2 quotes we received. Our salesman was above and beyond what we could have asked for: professional, friendly, showing us what Thermo-Twin had to offer without a high pressure sales pitch (we had one of those too). We signed the contract the same day. We could not be more happy with the installation crew, from being professional and friendly, keeping us informed of any changes in arrival time, to taking care of any areas in and out of the sunroom. They were skilled not only with installing the windows, but with the trim woodwork and *****. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

      Excellent quality windows. Fast installation. Knowledgeable and friendly installers. Thorough cleanup after the job was complete. Great looking windows and interior trimming. I would definitely recommend Thermo Twin to anyone. I would have no issues using them again in the future.

      Thermo-Twin just put in 12 new windows and 3 new doors. I couldn't be happier. My old window's were over 40 years old, and not working very well. Now I have windows I can actually use.the installer's were very professional, and skilled. And could answer any questions I had.I would definitely use them again.

      An absolutely fantastic company that is willing to work with you in almost all instances. While it hasn't happened yet they offered to come and re caulk my windows after I replace the trim surrounding them. I have purchased two sets of windows from them and they are of incredible quality, and their installation teams have a through understanding of what they are doing. I will be sticking with Thermo-Twin any time I need windows
