Don't do business with this place it is nothing but a scam. They took us for $1700 by not upholding the agreement they promise when you order parts from them. They definitely don't care that their scamming people. One guy I talked to last was the one who pretty much told me it was our problem, and he didn't care. My response was quite warranted according to the circumstance crazy part is I don't even think he heard it because he was so busy hanging up on us because he just didn't care and didn't want to waste his time listening to it. Beware they call themselves by different names as well such as SW Engines and numerous others which I can't even recall at the moment the list in the lawsuits already against them were quite extensive. Check out Lawsuits against this company you'll find enough info I'm sure to save you a phone call and the money you would waste on one of their products that doesn't even run.

Purchased an engine online Friday evening at 5:30 for $1150 with a $450 core charge. Cancelled the order on Monday morning knowing the part had not been pulled since it states online usually ships within 7 to 14 days. Received cancellation confirmation same day. This morning exactly 1 week from purchase only $1200 was returned to my credit card. When I finally reached someone who could speak English i was told that the refund had been processed and there was nothing she could do. So on top of a BS 25% restocking fee they charged me 25% of the core charge stating that they charged 25% of total bill. How in the heck do you charge a restocking fee for the core on an engine that was never pulled from the shelf or shipped. I should have read reviews of this fraudulent company before purchasing. Beware they will take you and not discuss it with you! I cannot believe they are in business. You are being forewarned they are a scam.

25% Scammers I tried to purchase a engine they showed me a picture of the engine on a crate the same day . 10 days later I still don’t have a shipping number to track because it has not been shipped. I call and was told they had to pull the engine. At this point I knew it was a scam. Cancelled the order they charged me $464 restocking fee which was 25% of the cost of the engine. This is how they’re making their money. Buyers beware read the reviews some places other than their website.

I've been in the automotive business for 38 years and installed hundreds of engines. Never have I had such a horrible experience. The engine took over 60 days to be delivered. Fisrt off these people are brokers cause the engine came from a junk yard in New Jersey which is where my shop is located not from Wisconsin. Second in trying to locate what happened to the engine no one could give me a straight answer until I told them I was stopping payment on the credit card charge. Third when the engine finally came it looked as like it was removed using a hacksaw and plumbers wrench. Finally the engine which they said had good compression has only 80lbs of compression at #2 cylinder and a misfire because of the low compression. This company is as shady and unprofessional as you will ever find. Do not make the same mistake I did!!! Stay away and look for a local yard to do business with.

DO NOT order from these criminals. They do not send the items in a timely manner, they stall, they lie, they give you the runaround. They also have a 25% restocking fee for cancellations, even if the item never got shipped. I cancelled my order and am disputing charges with my credit card company. Hopefully I'll get a full refund, but if I don't, I will do all I can to keep these undesirable characters from getting anyone else's money. From other reviews I have read, when the engine does show up it is usually a piece of garbage with no compression in some of the cylinders or other major flaws. I gave one star rating because there is no option for zero star. Don't be like me or many others, DO NOT order from these crooks!!!
