      Zito Media left main cable TV lines exposed in three locations in the ******* ***************** in ************, **. Despite repeated attempts to have pedestals installed to protect the cabling, **** has been unresponsive. There is liitle/ no evidence that **** is responsible to its employees or its customers. For example, when I visited the local **** office in ************, ** at *******************, in late Oct. ******************************************************************************************** her office. She is currently using a cell phone to conduct business.When I visited with a **** cabling technician at one of the cable bundles on the same day in Oct. 2024, he reported that **** is typically more responsive to their customers; however, I am a member of the *********************** (***) at ********************, not a **** customer, and there lack of responsiveness is unprofessional and reflects poorly on their commitment to support and services. Requested resolution: Zito Media installs pedestals to the exposed, exterior cabling in the ****************************** as soon as possible. ******* *.

      Absolutely the worst internet technology company in the history of the Western World, a feat matched only by the worst customer service anywhere on the planet. We have been customers for several years now and have gotten tired of the poor service so made the switch to ********. Here's the catch -- you can't ever leave this company. It's like ****************! They force you to talk to one of only two (seriously) retention people and they alone have the ability to cut off your service. You get caught in this vicious loop awaiting one of these folks, a tactic very obviously designed to get you to just give up - three hours already. I'm amazed this is even legal, but it is an absolutely horrible business tactic. Do not use this company - they are a third world provider who could care less for their customers.

      Worst internet service ever. Down continuously. Takes days to get service restored. They have no interest in helping their customers after hours or on weekends. They just wait until Monday or the next morning to maybe get you going again. Big waste of money.... I could continue for hours.....

      I have been told I have not been paying my bills. I have sent them several emails with proof of payment and they said I sent it to the wrong email address, but they were the ones that gave it to me? I have been with them for years and now they say I'm not paying? It comes out of my checking account every month? I'm over it'!

      Worst ISP Ive ever dealt with, its bad enough they have a monopoly on the area I live so its them or nothing. Internet goes out all the time and my latest bill was $30 higher than usual with no reason why. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

      We have outages on our internet quite frequently. The outages last anywhere from a few hours up to a few days. This time its been out for more than a day. Two weeks ago it was out for a few days. And also the week before. **************** is a joke! Every time you call to get help, an AI bot answers the phone. It does not give helpful information and refuses to transfer to management, because I am authorized to help with a solution then no solution is made. I was told in the past wed be reimbursed for outages, however have not been. When paying for a service, we expect to get the service we are paying for. For as much as it goes out we should be refunded or should be able to talk to an actual person instead of an AI bot that argues with you. This is ridiculous and this company is a joke!

      I have **** internet in Ocala FL and I am very happy with the service. I have had 100% up time since it was installed 3 weeks ago. I was worried after I saw all the negative reviews, so I did some testing and monitoring. I ran well over a dozen speed tests at various times of the day and the slowest DL speed I ever got was 68 M/s. The average speed was 150 M/s and peak speeds were topping out at 270 M/s. I am totally happy with **** and would recommend them to anyone in the *************** area.

      I installed 6 weeks ago and although my download speeds are good, my upload speeds are usually around .05 Mbps.A ticket was opened to review and repair the issue 6 weeks ago and...nothing has been done.I read here: ************************************************************************************************************************************ the nature of the tech problem and why it isn't getting solved."Ex Zito Media employee here, yes they buy old cable systems and say they are going to fix them but the uppers wont let the employees fix what needs to be fix, instead they had us patch and fix what we could because they did not want to spend the money on what needed to be replaced, furthermore they have the most horrible training in any company and had to figure 90% of everything i learned, so yes some of the service techs dont understand what they are doing unfortunately. But yes Zito media ***** in many ways and honestly i would encourage EVERYONE to complain to the BBB and the *** and anyone that they can to or nothing will get done. But there is a manager that needs to go (****) he is the one who doesnt get what the service techs AND maintenance techs needs but decides to spend that money on him and what his fellow managers need or want. But honestly complain as much as possible."So, despite their promises of a gig down and 25 Mbps up, they can't deliver due to bad infrastructure they won't ****** NOT USE ****.

      This is the worst ISP I have ever had. First, they are down 50% of the time and when you call them up to get a credit, you feel like you are talking to an AI Bot even though the Bot denies that they are a Bot, its obvious from the diction, they argue with you about giving you a credit. Then when they finally agree, it doesn't show up on the bill, so you have to call them back and then they deny they ever agreed to it even though I know they have notes in their system. I have installed an extension on my Chrome Browser that will record every time they are down and create a record that I am going to send to the *** to show how poorly their service operates. I will also use it at the end of the month to call them and demand that they give me credit for the outages. This service is terrible and no one should use it.
