      I’m not sure what the above review is talking about. Dr. Michels is a top tier specialist in the country. I have difficult eyes and no other Dr has been able to get my Rx w astigmatism and progressive lenses correct. $330? Another Dr (refuting to complaint I just read) top tier digital progressive lenses start at $600. That’s with no extras. If they didn’t provide a rx and everything matches the rx provided they can’t provide a redo without an exam. Sounds like someone used bad insurance and another Dr didn’t want to take responsibility for a mistake. In my experience this office, Dr, Opticians and staff will go above and beyond for you. If the job isn’t perfect they won’t give it to you. If you need a redo and can have it done they do it no questions asked. The above sounds like lack of understanding , insurance company restrictions and an irrational person. Quite honestly top tier digital progressive lenses with all the bells and whistles with a designer frame and the best vision plan comes out to $700. The optician told me what coverage to get and which plan for almost nothing a month saving me thousands of dollars a year. I couldn’t be happier with the service at this business from everyone.
