      Incompetent and dishonest, took our money and disappeared. Took him to court and the judge ordered him to pay us 100% plus court costs. After several months he still has not paid. He is now being sued by us and at least one other individual and has NO money in his bank account, which has now been frozen. He has a secret bank account with a 10K balance (i.e. presumably hidden from his wife) but since it is in his name and not his company's name we cannot access the funds. Huge waste of time. We hired a competent contractor who pointed out that Balbi's install was not even close to being correct- wrong equipment was installed, wiring was incorrect, and water supply leaked. Balbi will be out of business very soon.
