      On or about 7 weeks ago I contracted with Whitetail disposal service to handle our trash and recycling. As requested, I paid this company $86.00 in advance. They delivered the receptacles and told me our scheduled pickup day would be Friday. It has now been 6 weeks and whitetail has yet to pickup our trash. Ive made more calls to this company than I can count. Most times on placed on hold. When they do answer they have no plausible reason why the trash isnt being picked up. They then promise me that someone will be out to pick up the trash. However no one ever comes. Every time I call the response is the same. Today I called again with no answer. I cant understand, based on the number of complaints attached to this thread, why this company is still in business. If nothing else, it appears this practice is illegal.

      Hi, My name is ***************************** and I reside at ************************Bensalem, Pa ******, Cell ************, email ******************* Hi, My name is ***************************** and I reside at ***************************Bensalem, Pa ******, cell ************, email ******************* 09/26/2022, White Tail missed my trash pickup so I called White Tail and the lady told me that they will pick up my trash within 24 hrs, White Tail Never picked up my trash. This is my Third attempt to receive credit for none trash pickup on 09/26/2022 or extend 1 more week of service and WhiteTail Trash REFUSED. I have contacted Whitetail Trash Disposal on 09/26/2022 at ************ and I pressed #* for issues with the Trash pick and I spoke to a lady, I did explain that Whitetail NEVER picked my trash and I put the trash out the night before, I was told somebody would pick up the trash within 24 hrs, NOBODY CAME TO TAKE THE TRASH. THE TRASH SAT OUTSIDE FOR 1 WEEK. 2ND ISSUE WITH WHITETAIL DISPOSAL. For 2022 yr White Tail Trash Disposal RAISED their rates each quarter and in my neighborhood people are very dissatisfied with White Tail. I WILL REPORT YOUR COMPANY TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU FOR YOUR UNLAWFUL PRACTICES. ******** ******

      Whitetail Disposal did close out the account as requested by the customer at the end of December and confirmed the cans were removed 1/2/2023. The charges for Jan/Feb/March service were removed at the time of cancellation. As there was not a payment for future service there is no money to be refunded to the customer.

      For the entire month of October 2022 with payment for service up to date I have not had refuse/trash/recycling picked up on my scheduled day at all. One time the sent a recovery truck to pickup the first weeks missed pickup, and since then have not picker anything up. I now have 3 weeks sitting at the end of my driveway. They apparently assigned a new driver "who cant find it". I have offered to help the driver find it, I requested to speak with a road supervisor, pay for their gas to come to my home, and after 2 years of good service for over 3 weeks I cant get even a phone number, email, or office number for a supervisor or the owner. They now want me to drag my stuff to an intersection about 150-200 yards from my home and place it there. The post office, ******, *** **, etc deliver stuff to my home without issue. Whitetail found my home to drop off bins 2 years ago, and the first driver got my stuff every problem without an issue. They refuse to help me I have been literally begging to meet someone at or near my home to show the new driver. This is beyond ridiculous and they have taken my money and NO SERVICE or HELP its a complete disgrace, I cant even get an actual office number to leave a voice mail for the owner. PLEASE HELP ME...PLEASE.

      I cancelled service the first week of the quarter in June. I have been promised a refund of the quarter in the amount of $116. The cans were collected the day after cancelling. I cancelled due to the trash not being collected week after week and the poor communication of office staff. It is now October 27th and I still have not received a refund after contacting them 4 times. The last time was October 6th and I was assured she would talk to accounting and then she snapped on me.

      Whitetail took my personal trash can this morning. Their policy regarding personal trash cans is "use at your own risk," even though the service we pay for includes trash in the Whitetail provided bin as well as trash in a personal bin up to 32 gallons. Last year they damaged our 22 gallon can, and I accepted their defense regarding the "use at your own risk" policy. We purchased the 32 gallon can to replace it and have been using it for several months. Why they would decide to take it this morning is beyond me. They are refusing to buy us a new trash can, reimburse us the $40 expense of the stolen trash can, or reduce our bill by $40. They are telling me they are not responsible for my personal trash can and are refusing to help me. I want them to reimburse me the $40 I spent on the trash can because it is the right thing to do.

      As part of the Whitetail Disposal residential service, customers receive Whitetail Disposal trash and recycling containers to utilize for the service. In addition, in the event that there is more than can fit into the container, we can collect up to 3 kitchen bags next to the can weekly. If a customer does choose to use a personal can, the can may be no larger than 55 gallons. Unfortunately if a customer chooses to utilize a personal can, we are unable to insure this equipment and the customer will use at their own risk. This is noted clearly on our website to ensure all customers have access to this information.

      On multiple occasions this company misses our route, not one home all 18 on the street.. there drivers are loud an disrespectful.. when you call to inform them your lied to an your trash sits for days sometimes a week. If my trash bill wasn't part of my rent I wouldn't be paying an I'd be seeking another company who cares! Oh an dont ask them to replace a can there driver broke because they'll tell the driver an then he yells at you! This place is a disgrace an the reviews show I'm not the only one fed up!

      HORRIBLE COMPANY! Even though the equipment manager ASSURED me their trash cans would be picked up today (Tuesday 10/11/22) and as stated prioritized on the list for equipment pick up, they ONCE AGAIN (for the 4th time they were re-scheduled) WERE NOT indeed picked up. This now has been multiple calls to the equipment department at Whitetail. Clearly theres a disconnect between what they say and what is actually being discussed/dispatched to their employees/drivers in the field. Can you please have an answer as to how we can get this resolved and actually get your cans picked up off my property? Do I need to contact the local police? Like I stated last week over the phone, we have cancelled service with you since SEPTEMBER 1ST and this is truly unacceptable and honestly disappointing that a company can be so incompetent. Another reason why we CANCELLED service with you as well. COME PICK UP YOUR CANS!

      We started to sign up for trash removal services and the next day received a call from this company with a major rate increase, which we decided then to go with another company. we had given them an initial deposit of $86.25, They told us that the deposit would be returned within 6-8 weeks that was on July 29th. It is now October 10th and still no deposit has been returned, I have called 3 times and still no refund

      Whitetail Disposal was unable to provide service to the agreed upon pick up location. They told me they will issue a refund once they decided they could no longer pick up as agreed. I was then told the refund would take up to 10 weeks. Then I was told it would take ten weeks from the date the leisurely decided to pick up the containers.I have waited close to 7 weeks from the date they said they could not complete the service. I have been hung up on, mocked & yelled at for requesting my money. I was my $ refunded & I am not waiting.

      There is a refund process of requesting, approving, and issuing a refund.  Refunds are not approved until our equipment is picked up. The refund has since been completed and the complaint resolved.
