      I placed an order on 7/2. I have not received the product. The item has said it was processing to ship for over a week. I contacted Anthropologie Monday July 18th to cancel this order. They still have said they could not cancel it because it was going to ship within 48 hours. It still hasn't shipped as of 7/26, 1 week later. I have contacted them 6+ times mentioning that the item appears to be stuck the processing to ship status, and been promised a resolution within 48-72 hours. The window of time has passed, and I have heard nothing from them.

      On May 18, I reached out to Anthropologie to let them know that our bed frame arrived broken and to get the replacement part from them (see photos attached). However, while they responded "This is something that we will need to partner with our vendor to have shipped. As soon as we have any updates on the status of this request, we will be back in touch with you. I apologize again for any inconvenience that this has caused. I hope you have a great day!" I have sent emails checking in about it, and haven't heard back. It has now been more than 2 months since we received our broken bed with no updates on the replacement.

      I have been working with the furniture team on the issue.  A parts request was sent back in May to the manufacturer and escalated again.  We are awaiting confirmation that it has been sent.
