    Planet fitness has been taking money out of my account twice and back to back each month since January of 2024. I just notice this was happening January 18 2025 when I was searching for a bill that I paid I seen Club fee ID: ********** -$25.45 ID: ********** -$22.06 On the 17th each month since Jan 17 2024 I contacted ***** to find out who this was they informed me it was planet fitness I contacted planet fitness I spoke with someone they said I would be refunded my money 1-3 business days and they was closing the account for $25.45 I never received a refund in my account I called them back they said I wont be refunded my money back they can only credit me back for 3 monthsI do have my bank statements or you can call ***** and theyll let you know how long its been.they saying I opened another account and I didnt I went to PF to put new card on file because old card got hacked like I told them its a mistake on your end no worries I just want to be refunded my money backcan you please help me retrieve my money back into my account

    Planet Fitness ***********************'s General **************** contacted Mr. *** via telephone. Ms. **** explained to Mr. *** he digitally activated a separated and additional membership in 2023 for which he was being billed. Mr. *** already had an existing membership he had activated in 2018. Ms. **** informed Mr. *** a refund in the amount of $330.85 was issued (2/10/25).
