      Great experience! I had questions regarding a 2 part order that was shipped separately and when I reached out to these guys I was thoroughly impressed with the quick response and accurate answers I received. In todays world customer service is normally ****, but these guys were spot on!

      Weird shipping. Fourth item shipped by itself and got here before the first three items that shipped a week earlier. Rioirty mail would have been faster and cheaper.

      While I often buy aftermarket parts from Revzilla, I am so very thankful for their OEM parts catalog. No only for purchasing replacement parts but also for the visual exploded images. Can be helpful when you forget how something goes back together.

      The product was good but I ordered the item when it was in stock. Said it would ship the next business day. It didn't ship for something like ten days. I reached out to customer service during this time and they gave me a RevZilla credit or whatever which was nice --it definitely eased the sting a bit-- but it was like a "you get it when you get it" kind of thing. I understand how things work but an *** goes a long ways. Still, a decent experience overall and I really like the product I bought.
