      the customer service was OK, the shipping on the other hand leaves a lot to be desired. my first order took about 7 days to get to me the replacement order twice as long.

      I bought a new Sena communicator for my pillion and I, found a great price on Revzilla as usual. The shipping was fast and product was perfect. I had previously used the Cardo PTB and was happy with it but the guys I ride with a few times a year all use Sena so I took a step into the dark side.

      Everything was as advertised. Installation of Sena Mesh is not simple and doesn't have will written instructions. The pads didn't easily install with wires. That and Sena performance is disappointing. Helmet is great. 5 stars on helmet. 3 on Sena.

      Revzilla is my go to for now. They usually have the stuff I want in the size in need. Prices are comparable to others but selection seems to be better. Parts and tool selection is pretty good too.
