      Very unprofessional and rude. They rarely answer the phone and won't let you into the business to pay the fee and retrieve your car. They had us stand on the sidewalk and insulted us and then locked the gates. All because we asked for a receipt because we were paying in cash.

      They are the nastiest most shady horrible people and business. They should be investigated. They will curse at you, hang up on you, call you profanities, etc. even if you are so nice to them. There also isnt even an entrance to get inside. The gate isnt see through and you have to scream and hope a worker hears you. You then have to pass all cash and info through the gate.

      Lew Blum is a fair and honest person! I’m constantly being blocked from getting into my personal garage due to lack of enforcement by the city.
      I only wish the Philadelphia parking Authority was remotely like him!

      They scratched my car in multiple places. I called them as I was heading and when I arrived and it still took 30 minutes for anyone to meet me at the gate. I’m fairly sure their property is completely unattended. And the male receptionist I spoke with felt the need to correct my verbiage when I used the phrase “been waiting a minute” to politely suggest I had been made to wait for an excessive period of time in the freezing cold. You’re so right, sir, I didn’t wait 60 seconds, I waited 1800 seconds. Expect a 311 complaint.
