    I worked with **** and ****** at safe auto trucking LLC and the customer service was horrible. They attempted to charge me a $100.00 cancellation fee even though my order was on hold and no firm date had been set. I asked **** prior to signing the contract if there was a fee for cancellation outside of the one stated in the contract she told me no as long as I let her know. I told her today that I needed to cancel the order as I was going back home due to a death in the family and **** tried to tell me I had to pay a fee. She was extremely rude over text so I call to talk to her supervisor ****** and he was just as bad told me I didnt know what I was talking about and that there was a fee when in the contract theres no fee stated unless there is a date set on the order. They ended up waiving the fee only because I brought up proof and facts as to why I didnt have to pay a thing. Dont work with this company as they just want money and dont truly care about the customers they are helping.

    Was given a rate a bit below what I expected for a move of less than 300 miles. The pick time was the only crucial point and I had been assured for 2 days that the vehicle would be picked at time needed and at rate quoted. Then just an hour b4 the pickup time the lady I had been dealing with suddenly says she has 3 drivers ready to meet me at the pick up location. Problem was the quote which I had a signed copy of was useless. The drivers or so she said want anywhere from 2.5 to 4 times the quoted price. I'm sure they thought with so little time remaining I would pay any price. I immediately stated I would do any further business with them. I was contacted with lower prices which I refused. The lady actually said they would chip in X amount of dollars to the driver. Until that point she had not been aware of my experience in expedite and heavy trucking. I shipped the vehicle for the price I expected with no problems and all my needs met with a different company. Shipping a personal vehicle is something most people don't ever do. Company like this tries to take advantage of people with no knowledge of the actual costs and going rates.

    Absolute scum bags !!!! I was quoted in writing by ********************* to ship my car from ********** to ************ for $680 . This company contacted me every day for weeks with phone calls , emails and text messages asking when the car would be ready to ship and to sign their written contract . After I signed the contract they said the quote was no longer valid and it was now going to cost me $2,800 for the same service. They did not honor their written contract and attempted to force me into paying more money for the exact same service . They did attempt to charge my credit card , however I had placed a hold on all charges during that time . I have never dealt with a more un-ethical organization before in my life . Absolute scum bags . DO NOT EVER USE THIS ORGANIZATION !!!! **** is a lier .
