    The company is more than just a bait and switch, they are a full on fraud. My original quote was $250 with a pickup time for the following morning. I asked if this was a quote or a guaranteed price and time and was promised it was guaranteed. (First time shipping a car, so I didn't realize that this is just 100% false information.) Of course, the price went up to 650 the next day, and wouldn't be ready for another day. When I asked to speak with a manager the person hung up, when I called them back they gave me a false name. They kept having other people call me pretending to be the driver or dispatcher, and none of their stories were matching up. When I mentioned that a police officer would be present at the pickup, they hung up and refused to take my calls again.Furthermore, if you call their number, the one listed in their contact info, you will either not get an answer, or you will get someone claiming to be a supervisor who will just hang up on you.I'm genuinely not sure how a business like this operates in such a blatantly illegal manner with no repercussion.

    After calling Safe Auto Trucking and talking with *********************. I felt safe sending my vehicle thru his company. He was very polite and the shipping was easy and affordable. If ever I need to ship another vehicle, I will definitely call ********************* i have him on my Speed dial

    I will be seeking legal action for the " bait and switch" method they operate.I signed an agreement/ contract at one cost 2 wks ahead of shipping my vehicle.2 days ahead of shipping thry said they couldnt find a trucker to meet the peice and raised my quote over $1000 more.Since we were leaving the state in 2 days it didnt allow enpught time to arrange other options.My friend who was also contracted the same dates had the exact same issues.Aweful scam type of operation

    I chose to research Safe Auto Trucking LLC before I entrust them with my vehicle. A 2014 ****** Crosstrek XV Hybrid that needed shipping across the ** ***** miles. Safe Auto Trucking LLC quoted a reasonable price that was not the cheapest. The proposal lacked relevant business information that in my opinion a reputable company should provide: Physical address, Business License, fax, website and so on. It only included company name and phone number. The agent I dealt with advised they are licensed and insured but the contract was poorly drafted. He kept getting the contract wrong: The details/image of the car, pick up location, name of person releasing vehicle at pick up location/********** or downright doubling up the price of the quote inadvertently or underhandedly in one of the proposal links (you be the judge of this). I had to ask him to include the business info for him to write their address, phone, email and license information in the proposal. He insisted on cash as the form of payment upon delivery of vehicle. When asked if a receipt would be provided, he advised that the driver wouldn't provide a receipt.The contract stipulated that all assurances and agreements by agents made prior to signing the contract are revoked upon signing the contract. Results:The proposal was confirmed by the supervisor when calling the phone number listed on google.Safe Auto Trucking LLC is not BBB accredited: Not a big deal.They have relevant business info on their website which include A secured with Https connection, and a physical address in PA. ****** maps returns Petoni apartments, a residential apartment complex as Safe Auto Trucking LLC's place of business. The address and phone number pulled from the business license issued by the ******************************* DOES NOT match their address listed on their website OR at the BBB.Their business domain is through a company in a different state (AR) that masks their identity. Too many red flags.

    I was very apprehensive about shipping my car from Colorado to Massachusetts... Safe Auto Trucking did a stellar job. Emma was extremely easy to work with and the driver was on time, delivered one day early and was very careful loading the vehicle. The quote was lower than most car shipping places and Safe Auto did not uncharge or change the fee during the delivery process. I was very impressed with the company's professionalism. I will use them again.

    Excellent transport service. This company did everything they promised to do and at the rate quoted. Very professional! Highly recommend. I will be using Safe Auto again for all my transport needs. The service provider Emma was very easy to work with and explained the process thoroughly. The driver arrived on time and was very careful loading the vehicle. I can’t say enough good things about how pleasant the process was! ??
