    2015 ***** *** *** refered from Auto transport on 3/7/2023 our vehicle delivered damaged, they told me to get estIMATE, I sent them the estimate it been over 2 months and our SUV is not fix back rare top brake bumper that whole piece is damage, back rear bumpers at the bottom missing screws so the bumpers are flapping, front right side bumper the driver scratch at delivery I am a military woman and they are taking advantage, ignoring my calls, I WANT MY DAMAGES FIX

    This company was hired through ******* as a broker to transport my car from Beverly Hills to New Jersey. After several delays in which no reason was given, the car arrived on a new truck. The driver flew past the drop off location (a residential area with a 25 mph speed limit) and drove the car around the corner. The trucking company then called me and said the truck had arrived. I ran after the car and found them a few blocks away. The car had already been offloaded and was covered in mud and dirt (it had been detailed prior to pickup a week earlier). I accepted the vehicle as transport was uncovered and immediately brought it to be detailed again. After the car was cleaned it was clear that it had been damaged in numerous places (see pictures attached). In addition, it was evident that the company tried to hide the damage by poorly painting over the various scratched areas. I highly suggest that this company is investigated to ensure they are complying with all regulatory requirements. Based on all my interactions with them, I am certain that this type of business practice is standard for the company. I will also contact the department of transportation to issue a complaint against both the broker (*******) and the trucking company (Surkhon Trucking).
