    Reindeer Auto Relocation subcontracted the long hauling of my vehicle from PA to GA and selected this terrible company. After they did not meet the 5PM deadline for picking our vehicle up on 3/14/23 they dodged Reindeer's calls and called us directly. They legitimately begged us to still allow them to pick the car up around 7-8PM (after Reindeer's 5PM cutoff) and my wife and I said okay. Then didn't show up at all but instead called us at 7:45 PM stating that they can't make it and asking for another extension for the vehicle pickup. Now they reassured us again that they would be able to pick the vehicle up between 8-10 AM on 3/15/23. I asked them if they could get there by 8:30AM because my wife had to catch They did not show up within the time window again. They texted my wife at 10:13AM saying they would be there within an hour. Then the driver called her at 10:47AM saying they were 50 minutes away. At 12:17PM they called my wife again saying they were 20 minutes away and got an attitude with her over the phone as if she was being impatient by asking if they were actually 20 minutes away because she needed to catch a 3PM flight and was an hour away from the airport. At this point our Relocation Coordinator at Reindeer was calling us asking if we had heard from them because she could not get in touch with them. Once we heard that we definitely did not want to move forward with them and turnover possession of the vehicle to them. They finally arrived at 12:45PM and kept insisting on taking the vehicle after we told them that we were not handing it over to them and that they were extremely unprofessional. Then who I am assuming is the owner (Danny) which I spoke to the previous night about getting there by 8:30AM calls my wife enraged and thoroughly curses her out. Explicitly calls her a "fucking bitch" multiple times. She explained to him how unprofessional he was and he just continued cursing in rage. Then he proceeded to call me and curse me out as well. Avoid!!
