    On June 11th, 2021, I purchased the company’s main product, the “Kaspsul Air W5” air conditioner. I purchased the unit for $799. I received the unit maybe a week later. I was satisfied with the product at first as the company seemed to improve based off the reviews online, although come to learn, I was wrong. The first issue was the fact the temperature reading it showed for the in room temperature was in Celsius and not Fahrenheit. After months of wait for a resolution, they finally updated the app. It was promised that integration with smart home services would be coming in the fall of 2022 and that has yet to happen. In fact, since 2022, I haven’t been able to use the unit to the fullest potential. The unit no longer connects to the app, no matter how often I try to re-pair the unit following the directions. My unit has a 3 or 5 year warranty that should fix any issues that are attached to the unit or a replacement unit. After numerous attempts trying to contact the company, I haven’t had any luck as it seems they went dark. The customer service section has no phone number, and the email section that says that it will respond in 24-72 hours is no use. The website says it’s still reserving reservations for preorder in February and shipping in June. I’m so frustrated I need answers

    I was an original supporter of their *********** campaign and spent over $500 in return for two ACs. I believe it’s now been 7 years and despite multiple emails to customer service in the last few years, and more recently in the last month, emails to the CEO & customer service, as well as tweets, I have hear nothing. They have been ignoring me for years and I’m fed up. I want my money back or the two ACs I was promised, despite having moving to a home with central AC.

    Bought a Kapsul Air condioner last year, paid $850 for it, has a 5 year warranty, stopped working, can't get a hold of Kapsul

    The Kapsul unit worked fine for 2 (or maybe 3) years. Last summer it died. I presume the computer pieces stopped functioning. I contacted company multiple times and never received a response. I want them to fix it.

    I became involved with this company when they campaigned on Kickstarter in 2016. This company has provided inferior products when they provide a product at all. 7 years later I am still waiting on this item (kapsul air-conditioning) they have no way to contact them other than email and they don't respond to them.

    I backed this company in 2016 via *********** for 3 units. I stuck through them through it all. I finally received my 3 units summer of 2022. I was ok with the performance at the time. It is now a year later and thankfully, despite all the problems, 2 of them are working. One is completely dead and won't turn on. I have sent multiple emails to them in the last few weeks and either I didn't get a response ory emails bounced back. I would say don't bother buying them as customer service is non existent. There is no way I am going to get a new unit or a refund, but it would be nice. Almost everything promised by the company has gone to the way side. They offered stocks to backers as compensation and that fell through as well.

    Kapsul Air is refusing to respond to my warranty inquiries. When I purchased my Kapsul Air unit in May of 2022, it came with a 2 year warranty. After this winters storage, the unit was dead when I tried to turn it on this spring. The company has not made any attempts to return my inquiries. I cannot get a response from them.

    I funded this company 6+ years ago with the promise to get a cooling unit. I have not received anything as of today. No communication after asking at least 5 times via email.Just a canned answer .

    Air conditioner only lasted one season and died while it covered by the warranty. I've been sending support requests to the company for several months and haven't received any replies. I can't find a phone number that works.
