    The units stop working and then no one from the company will help you, so you are left with a $700 piece of junk.

    I am a backer of this product from Kickstarter. I was sympathetic to the delays, but like most of us backers never received their product and was ghosted by the company. They took our money and scammed us.

    Do not buy from this company, at least not the KapsulAir units. We had two out of three die within months of purchase. I had to report them to the BBB, the FTC, and the Attorney General to be able to return them. They took them back and received them Sept 7th of 2022, but they will not refund me. I’m being told by ShopPay that I still have to make payments on them even though we don’t have them in our possession anymore and I can’t get Kapsul to communicate with us. Google reviews, get into a Facebook KapsulAir group, I wish we had before we purchased anything from this sham of a company.

    Purchased in 2020 died before a year, contacted company through email (only way) and sent me a replacement, requested I send the old one back and I had to pay some of that.
    Fast forward new one stopped working exactly a year later, and contacted company to let them no twice and no one has gotten back to me.
