    This review is for *****. He was helpful and polite. I ended up using another company, but I wanted to leave a positive review anyway.This is my first time shipping a vehicle across country. It took a while for me to understand how it works. I was contacted by dozens of brokers. It turns out they all search the same **************** and place bids. Then the broker adds their fee on top.Some brokers want a contract before they will start. ***** got to work even before we had an agreement. I appreciated that. He also showed me a lot of information about the status of the bids. I also believe his fees would be on the less expensive side.The reason I went elsewhere was because of the initial quote. Everyone gives a quote that is non-binding. It's not the price you will end up paying. It's just a guess. It took me a while to figure that out. This company sent me an automatic text with a quote that was too optimistic. It was basically equal to the best recent driver fee in the database, not including their broker fee. There was really no expectation/hope that that was going to be the final price. They weren't the only ones to do that and quote an unrealistic low price. In the end, I decided to reward another company whose initial quote was more realistic. Other than that, I think this would have been a great choice. ***** was patient and easy to interact with.
