    ***** is a work horse! He was relentless in his pursuit of a carrier. I feel like he was a great customer advocate. His communication skills are commendable. There was always an update when the status changed. I wouldn't hesitate to hire *** to coordinate a vehicle delivery. The carrier ran a bit late but I was apprised of the delay-keep in mind it was over a holiday weekend.

    *****, the assigned agent, was simply outstanding. He worked hard to make sure my truck was delivered on time in great shape. The shipper used a beautiful modern semi truck with high quality trailer. The driver exercised caution and care while loading and unloading. Communication was outstanding!

    I recently used Royal Auto Ship (RAS) for the second time to ship my vehicle, and the service was just as reliable as my first experience. Tim Bradley delivered complete customer service. Tim shipped my vehicle from Louisiana to Florida at a reasonable rate, pick-up, and delivery time. Royal Auto Ship provided superb service. I have recommended this company to others looking for a reliable shipping company. I will contact RAS for future shipping. I highly recommend Royal Auto Ship.

    I had such a wonderful experience with the transportation of my car, I had trust issues because there are a lot of scammers out here in the name of shipping companies. **** even told me to keep my down deposit and pay the full amount when I got my car so we can build trust. My car got to me in perfect condition after 4 days from LA to *************. Ship with this company because they are so reliable.

    I had a fantastic experience with Royal Auto Shop/Standard Way, LLC! Oscar’s communication was excellent throughout the entire process. They kept me informed of the transport's progress and were always quick to answer any questions I had. The driver, Farzo and dispatch, Steve were courteous and professional, and my car was delivered exactly as promised and on schedule. If you're looking for a trustworthy and efficient car transport company, look no further than this company. They are also military friendly!

    I had a bad experience with another company before, so I was very skeptical about this one. ***** was the person who set up everything on the phone. The price was fair. The truck drivers were very good and professional. They picked up and dropped off my car on the scheduled dates. I was very pleased with their service. Thank you, Royal Auto Ship LLC.
