This is the 2nd complaint I habe filed with the BBB regarding the Angeion Group. Yet, nothing, no one, no communication, no returned phone calls, etc. I received an email stating I had 45 days to upload the proper documentation. Which I already had done so, lying and assassinating my character. This is fraud, a scam, they're trying their best to eliminate me from a lawsuit that nearly ended my life! I uploaded all the documentation requested, I emailed, yet nothing. I have left voicemail, spoke to ***** on Friday May 23, 2025. Promised a call back on Wed. I need to know that the information I submitted is sufficient! I am owed ethical communication. This is discrimination! I am demanding someone contact me ASAP. I also contacted the law firm regarding this matter. The administrator is lethargic, unprofessional, and they want to see me dead! If I die this is manslaughter!

I have battled Angeion Group since 2014. They so far have added me to four different settlements that involve defendants that I have never done business with. I called the defendants each time and verified that I had no accounts. In fact, I was living in Singapore during the period covered on three of the four cases. I do not believe for a moment that they obtained my name, address, or email from any of the defendants. I firmly believe that they fabricate the class member lists using some mailing list derived from past magazine subscriptions or possibly purchased on the dark web.

More recently they added me to the Verizon Class Action Settlement. At least this time I am a Verizon customer. Only I was never charged the "administrative fee" cited in the case. Again my name does not belong.

I have written several times. The lawyer for the class members has even asked them. They either are refusing, or they are taking their time doing it.

I also have demanded multiple time over the years that they put a persistent block on my name. They make clearly Ludacris claims that they have an obligation to the court to add my name to the list. I have told them over and over again, that no civil court owns my details, and I do not not recognize its alleged authority.

Wake up Angeion Group. Quit putting my name on the lists. I should not have to ask a twelfth time. The other administrators have backed off. Why can't you?
