      I purchased product from this company and they shipped me a completely sealed flat plastic bag envelope! As thin as a piece of paper and weighing about the same. This was obviously NOT done on accident. This was done intentionally and with the obvious purpose of theft and demeanor and is fraudulent. It is a clear message that they will cheat and steal from you and laugh about it. This company does not belong being in business doing this to consumers who spend their effort and money on a product and deserve an honest and respectful business transaction. They have no integrity at all whatsoever. They call themselves Free People and it should be Free Money that they get from scamming the retail consumer community. See the attached 2 photos.       If you recieve a damaged item or don't recieve your item at all from Free People, don't plan on ordering from them again! They will permanently ban you from ever placing an order through them as well as from ****************. I placed an order from them for 2 dresses, 2 years ago and I only received 1 dress. I called and they refunded me no problem for the missing dress but found out later they permanently banned me from placing orders from them as well as Urban Outfitters. If you call them to resolve this issue they will tell you over and over again that someone will be in touch with you within 72 hours. You will never hear from anyone, ever, they completely ignore you. ***, no matter what credit card you try to use or if someone else tries to place an order from your house, they will cancel the order as well. This company is so unprofessional! The fact they punish their customers because of their mistakes is not right. If you plan on ordering from them and they banned you, save yourself the hassle and buy a gift card from a store, place your order at another location, not your home and have it shipped to a friend's address or better yet don't support businesses that treat their customers this way. Their items are overpriced and not good quality anyway.

      Ive had nothing but horrible experiences when it comes to Free People. I spend about $1000 a month on their website, but Im about to throw in the towel completely because of how disorganized they are as far as their customer support team, fulfillment team, and their returns team. Not only have a received several orders that were incorrect, but Ive also received packages with missing and damaged items. When you spend quite a bit of money you expect quality and good service, this company has neither. Most recently, I tried to get a price adjustment on a purchase because they do honor them within 14 days of the original purchase date. However, I created a return originally to return the sweater since it was too spendy. One customer service ****** emailed me asking to confirm whether or not I planned on returning the item and I replied that I wasnt going to any longer especially if I was trying the lower price. Soon after, I received two separate emails for two different customer service ********************** stating they cannot do price adjustments because I created a return. Well that doesnt make sense to me since the first ****** said they could cancel the return. Now its too late to return the purchase and Im not getting a price adjustment for some unknown reason. Im not sure why they cant cancel the return and adjust the price since theyve done it before. Also, Im waiting on several returns to be refunded that their returns team has received back for three weeks now. Finally to make things even worse they havent replied to me with any explanation as to why they cant help me. Im done with this company. Theres a million other places to purchase Free People online. Why wouldnt we shop elsewhere??

      I tried to make a $400 purchase and I received an email saying my account is restricted?? Not sure why, nothing unusual has happened. Trying to reach them to figure out why is almost impossible. The customer service **** tell you you have to wait 72 hours for an email from them and "that is the process." I was trying to buy something that only had a few items in stock too, so it might not be available, but I don't want to spend my money somewhere that d

      The original transaction date of my shirt purchase was August 7. 2024. After receiving my purchase on August 13, 2024, I decided to exchange the shirt for a smaller size and notified FP. They created a return label for the package that same day.I shipped it out to ***, **, on August 15, 2024, and they received it on August 20. I was told it would need to be processed for the exchange, and I received notification of my return ten days later, on Friday, August 30. It is now September 5, 2024, and after calling FP customer service, I was informed that the shipping date for the exchanged shirt is September 12, 2024. All but one of the several customer service **** I contacted were rude. I have always been delighted with my FP purchases. Their shipping, refunds, and exchanges were always prompt, but this higher-priced clothing brand's new return policies are unacceptable. I told the *** I would not be shopping with them in the future, and his polite response was, "That's fine." It seems Free People is okay with losing long-time standing customers.

      I sent a return back on Aug 9 2024 and I have contacted them multiple times. I have yet to get my refund and every time I speak with someone they just tell me 72 hrs this has happened 5 times still not resolved. I want my money!!!!!

      If I could leave zero stars I would. I have been shopping at Anthropologie and Free People for almost 30 years and spent a huge amount of money. I just attempted to buy a Free People jumpsuit online and my order was canceled due to me being banned from online ordering. Years ago, the Anthropologie warehouse messed up multiple orders of mine sending broken items or missing items (ALL THEIR FAULT - NOT MINE!) and I called customer service to remedy the situation. They did reship items that had issues. That was the last of the good customer service. When I tried to order again I WAS BANNED! I've called multiple times and no one in customer service can help. I wrote to customer service and nothing! I find out today that even 10 years later I am banned from Free People as well. WHAT THE ***** Anthropologie! YOU MADE THE MISTAKES! WHY CAN NO ONE HELP REMEDY THIS!?

      Do not order from from Free People! The return policy is a rip off. I ordered a dress that did not fit and returned in within the return window. My product has been delivered and I am still waiting on my return of funds. I will be going to TikTok and complain as well. Horrible customer service!

      I received the wrong item (wrong size) and have been attempting to remedy this. They created a return for a different order and are asking for that item back. I have called four times and chatted numerous times. I told them I would just keep the item rather than spend all my time trying to remedy this wrong item received and have to send back an item I want to keep because they erroneously made it a return! Another issue- I have a large number of items I am trying to return and they refunded only two of them. It has been two weeks since I sent the item. All the items were in the same package. I will have to just dispute this with my bank but I hope my bank refunds the money.

      I returned a packaged as none of the items worked out and they received the items back (proof with *** tracking) I reached out to confirm they received (they acknowledged they did) and asked when they will refund my money. I was given 3 different dates and as of today I still dont have a refund and now my account is restricted. They said they restricted my account dues to misuse and security reasons which makes absolutely no sense. No customer service representative can help me and at this point I feel like Free People is trying to commit fraud.
