      My review isn't so much about the sweatshirt as it is about UO's customer service. I placed my order on October 6th and it arrived on October 12th WITH THE SECURITY TAG ON IT. I do not have a UO store in my state so I first went to my local mall and tried every store and not one had the capability to remove this specific security tag. Two phone calls later and not one single apology for my inconvenience I was told a new one would be OVERNIGHTED to me (as long as I drove to my local post office and shipped back the one I've carried around with me all day trying to get the security tag removed, which I did immediately). I've woken up this morning (October 14th) to an email saying that my package will be delivered in THREE DAYS. After calling UO for a 3rd time, I was told it's the post office's fault because they're "running behind" and it still "might come to me by tomorrow". With the money that people pay for these products, you'd think maybe there would be slightly decent cusgomer service. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN.

      Customer service is a joke. Had a delivery date of 9/12/22 for my package. Received email and text alert that package was out for delivery on 9/12/22. It is now 9/15/22 and package is still "out for delivery" and now the delivery date has disappeared. Called UO and was told it was ******* fault. Called ***** in some other country and was told a "case" would be opened and forwarded to the local ***** where the package supposedly was. Was supposed to get a call-back. Never did. My items have been paid in full and no one can tell me where my package is or give me a refund!

      Urban has gone so downhill and is staffed with people who will not put forth any effort to help out with any sort of issue, which you’re almost guaranteed to have with them. I gave their website a second chance after the last order I placed was “shipping” for several months, and then they finally let me know they didn’t even have the item in stock when I ordered it, now several months past the event I purchased it for. I chalked this occurrence up to them being busy around the holidays, but the exact same thing is happening again with my current order. It’s a miserable process to get in touch with them, and when you do they’re completely unhelpful. Save yourself the trouble and don’t order from this website.

      I bought a gift certificate for my granddaughter. It was supposed to be emailed on her birthday. Never arrived. I called and they said they'd send it again. Never arrived. I called again, asked them to send it to me. Never arrived. Added to this: the 2 customer service people I spoke to were terrible -- no hint of apology, bored, indifferent, no ability to interact with a customer. This is the worst company experience and worst customer service I've seen in a long time.

      I have purchased 2 Tristan Ceramic Sconce lights($99/per light pre-tax) from UO in April this year. After they arrived, I found out the lights are too heavy to hang in my house (as they are designed to hang on walls). So I started my return immediately within 30 days.
      I returned 2 lights together in the package as there is no possible i would keep one (they are not suitable to hang in my house). Without investigation, UO charged me $99 in July and only refunded me the cost of 1 light. They said their warehouse worker has received one light instead of two. The charge back happened in July, which is 2 months after my return. I contacted their customer service in July 8th and there is no follow-up since then.
      UO is using pre-print UPS label and thus the label is not reflecting the actual weight of the return package. However, their UPS monthly billing invoice should have recorded the actual weight of this return package. I have the tracking number. They just did nothing about it!!! I am a loyal UO customer for about 5 years. This experience really turn me down!!

      WOW. I cannot believe the way I was just treated over the phone! After waiting months for an expensive shelf, I finally got it, and it was damaged. They sent me a new one right away and told me to return the damaged shelf. Once I received the new shelf, that too was damaged. So I reached out through email about the issue, included photos, and they apologized and told me I could send it back for a full refund or I could keep both and take a 20% refund off my original purchase price. I said that was fine, and sent another email and asked them to confirm that I was to keep both shelves and they replied and said yes to keeping both shelves. Since they were damaged, but still useable, I kept them and everything was fine. A few days later, a UPS guy shows up at my door saying he had a pickup request from Urban Outfitters. I told him they told me to keep it and apologized for the inconvenience. Then I got an email saying I was refunded the full amount (which I did not get) prior to my returning the shelf, and that I needed to send it back if I didn't want to be charged for a second shelf. When I finally got ahold of customer service, she was so rude to me and we went in circles so many times and after asking over and over to speak to a supervisor, Chris ("the only supervisor named Chris") answered and was literally speaking to me like I was a piece of garbage! I pleaded with her to go through the emails with me as she continued to talk down to me and make me sound like I'm crazy and making up stories. She finally goes through the emails with me and finally sees where I was told to keep them and instead of apologizing for ANYTHING, just said, "Okay, I'm going to have to talk to him about that. I don't know why you wanna keep a damaged shelf but I guess you're good." I have literally never been spoken to like that by a supervisor before. If this is how the supervisors treat people, this company is doomed. Unbelievable!
