      Hello,

      I purchased the Floria arm chair back in April 2023 under TP38109911. The
      chair had a defect on the leg. I contacted customer service by chat to
      explain the issue and sent all of the required information. The particular
      color was no longer in stock so my only option was to get a refund and
      return. The customer service rep informed me that someone would be in contact with me to arrange for pick up of the chair (I'm attaching the
      transcript). I waited. I then called in May and was told the same thing.
      I waited. By June, I figured that UO no longer cared to have the chair
      back and I got rid of it by July.

      I attempted to place an order for a media console today under TP39574344. Unbeknownst to me, my account is blocked because of what UO failed to do under TP38109911. Why am I being punished for this?

      Urban Outfitters has a very bad supply chain process when it comes to order
      fulfillment and returns. I studied and work in the field of supply chain
      so I know what I'm talking about. Never in my life have I experienced such issues with any other retailer, likely because they do a better job at this function than UO.

      I previously purchased some shoes under TP37593034. I received ZARA shoes instead of Circus shoes which
      were advertised on UO. I emailed UO and posted a review calling this
      ghetto (post was never published, I guess that was blocked too). I'll
      reiterate that same sentiment for the account hold issue I'm experiencing
      with UO but this time I'm saying very ghetto.

      It seems like the more I buy, the more issues I encounter.

      Because you don't have your business in order, you're making me--the
      customer--suffer. This is not the solution. Get better customer service
      reps who communicate the correct information, and a better return policy. I'll take my business elsewhere if I'm forced to but please fix this. *This is
      unacceptable and optically it looks crazy.*

      I made a return to UO. They issued me a merchandise gift card. The employee was new and confused. It took her ages to try and figure it out but she eventually thought she had. This was months ago. I went to use the gift card last week, it said it had $0. I called customer service. They said they can’t help and I need to email their financial department. I email the financial department they say they can’t help me and to contact the store. I contact the store they say the manager will have to look through the entire register history for the two weeks, I think I returned it. Which is a crazy policy imo. The store never calls me back. Shock. I contact customer service they say nothing we can do, it’s not our issue if the store won’t call you back. This is ridiculous I’ve never experienced this at another chain store. They have essentially stolen my money and I have nothing to show for it. I’m not going to shop here anymore. I already had mixed feelings about shopping here because the UO founder and his family are super conservative. So this incident confirms I shouldn’t spend my $ at UO.

      Free people.com HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! I have ordered thousands of dollars worth of clothing from this website and now they placed a restricted ban on my account and they are cancelling every order I try and place! They are claiming that I owe them money in order to lift the restriction. I had ordered a scout jacket back in 2021 and never received it so they mailed me one the next day, and now they want me to pay for it TWICE! I should not be banned from shopping for something I did not do. They accuse and treat their faithful customers like criminals!!

      Worst customer service. Only gave 7 days for return to be received. Was sent the next day after label issued. UPSP had package sitting so they cancelled my replacement order cause they didnt have back in 7 days but they had tracking and knew it was sent back. Also I didnt have the item I ordered from them in 7 days from date they shipped. Definitely not customer friendly

      I ordered my bedspread in December 2022. It is now January 9, 2023. They charged me and I still do not have my order. I received someone else’s order which was just a pillow. They do not understand that I have someone else’s order and not my order. I was charged $118 and I still do not have my item and the box for UPS to pick up is still stilling on my porch! Every time I call no one picks up and you are forced to leave your telephone number. 6 times I called each time waiting 20 minutes. What is wrong with this company!!!!!

      Awful experience. The Customer service lady was rude, did not try to resolve the problem and she muted herself until I hung up.
      I ordered a shirt on December 29. Arrival date should have been January 3 to Staten Island. The package left Philly, arrived in NY the day after, then it was shipped to San Jose California. She didn't even apologize for the mistake and now I have to wait until next week to maybe receive it.

      I ordered a bunch of stuff for UO for my kids for their stocking. I never got a confirmation and they are using two emails for me. They say every day that it’s delayed. My kids didn’t get a stocking and now the customer service agent was so rude and he hung up on me after saying the packages we lost.

      I ordered two pair of pants, one pair I never received and the second pair they sent me was used pants. The pants was so raggy , paint stains on them they was dirty in middle part THE PANTS WAS TRIFLING WITH A STINKING ODOR ink stains on the legs, holes on the butt part they even try to sew it with green stitching to hide the holes. I couldn’t even read the label that’s how faded the label was. THEY LITERALLY SENT ME SOME PANTS THAT SOMEBODY HAD FOR LIKE 5 YEARS. How can they allow someone to pack an order like that. To ship it to someone thinking it was acceptable. Then when I called and spoke to a representative he was unapologetic about the situation and only offered me 15% off my next purchase. They can keep that they will never get my money ever again!! They’re some sick people to send me them pants !!! Urban outfitters is so high but yet the clothes is so raggy and not worth it!!

      I called Urban Outfitters customer service on September 6 at 10 AM and spoke to a representative named Amber we stayed on the phone for 20 minutes I purchased a pair of jeans through Class Project which is a 3rd party vendor for Urban Outfitters and I was told by Amber that if the jeans we're not the color or the size in the description that I could receive a refund and that was a total lie. I disputed the charge with my bank there's nothing they can do because the transaction was authorized even though I was lied too. These were a birthday gift for myself so I didn't get to wear anything for my birthday cause I simply could not recoup a 160 odd dollars, twice, on the fixed income, this is Consumer Fraud ... Every genetic response I got from Urban Outfitters , because you couldn't get ahold of the Class Project directly, they have no website it's the isolated house somewhere in Georgia on the corner I looked up the address. So basically a representative can say what ever they want to get the sale, I would not bought them if I was told you couldn't get a refund due to my hesitation. I would not recommend buying anything from Urban Outfitters since they are not based in the USA and their representative was a liar ?? Ms. Belle
