    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
    I hope
it will stay that way . All of a sudden the school transcripts are accepted because I could prove that the school received the email for the authentication request. Thanks to my complaint this issue is resolved now .Thank you for that . However, the licensing authority here answered directly to the Email send by CGFNS on September 13th of this year .In 2020 my old purchased CES report was already expired and I am sure nobody reached out to the licensing agency because the first time , the license validation form was directly accepted .

I understand that the Texas BON needs a license validation form which is less than a year old but it is the same licensing agency which was accepted back in 2018 and now , they can't verify the very same stamp which they did before . I understand that it is another signature and therefore needs to be verified because  it is another  government employee than the one  who took care of these matters here in my home state in Germany .
I am faithful that after the signatures are verified, everything will come to an end and that my CES report can finally be issued.
It is sad that these  answers cannot be communicated by CGFNS directly .

They don't let anyone know what is going on and only provide standardized sentences without clear , meaningful context .

    Thank you very much .

    Regards,

    *****************************************

se CGFNS only writes the same notes in the applicant status without providing accurate answers. When I reached out to CGFNS, they told me that the department responsible for authentication will reach out to my school . Several months passed and my lawyer notified me , that the school received this said Email from CGFNS( on Nov,11th 2021, I have proof ) , filled it out and send it back to CGFNS. After a while , the note of the missing signature was gone and I believed that my paperwork was finally in order and ready to evaluated . After several weeks of waiting , CGFNS rejected my license validation form , stating that the other one they have received was expired ( needed to be less than a year old ) . After all this was taken care of and finally received by CGFNS, my applicant status changed and changed again to waiting for required items because CGFNS simply doesn’t accept the signatures. These are authentic signatures by the officials here in Germany .

In response to the referenced complaint:

************************************************** originally placed an order for the Credentials Evaluation Service (CES) Professional Report on November 16, 2017 that expired on January 15, 2019. She then placed an order for the CES Academic Report on June 23, 2021 indicating the Texas Board of Nursing as the recipient and the purpose of the report as undergraduate admission. The Texas Board of Nursing requires the CES Professional Report and not the CES Academic Report.  That order was deleted on December 14, 2021, and she placed an order for the CES Professional Report Re-Evaluation on the same date.  CGFNS International, Inc. is required by the applicant’s report recipient to review all required documentation.

The following are documents that have been received and reviewed:

Zeugnis Der Allgemeinen Hochschulreife (Certificate of General Qualification for University Admission) issued by Gymnasium ** *******, Saarbruecken, Germany.  Deemed acceptable by the evaluator.
License verification from Germany (Landesamt fur Soziales Saarland). This document was not accepted as CGFNS was unable to verify the name of the official who completed and signed the Request for License/Registration/Diploma Form, nor was it able to verify the stamp of the licensing authority.  CGFNS has sent a Request for Assistance letter to the licensing authority on multiple occasions to request the names of all officials authorized to send documents to CGFNS in addition to their signatures and a copy of the licensing authority’s stamp.  Please note that CGFNS had received a completed Request for License/Registration/Diploma Form in 2018 that was accepted; however, it cannot be used at this time as the Texas Board of Nursing requires the license validation to be dated within one year of issuance of the CES Report.  CGFNS has sent the Request for Assistance letter to this licensing authority via standard mail on September 21, 2020, and via email on October 14, 2020, December 9, 2020, February 9, 2021 and March 31, 2021.  Most recently, CGFNS sent the Request for Assistance letter and a reverification request for the applicant’s license validation document that was received on July 11, 2022, to the licensing authority via email on September 13, 2022.  CGFNS received a response on the same date from the licensing authority acknowledging receipt of our email and confirmation that it is being processed.
Transcripts received from ******* SchulZentrum Saarbruecken.  Deemed acceptable by the evaluator.
Once CGFNS receives the requested information from Landesamt fur Soziales Saarland, and an evaluator has determined that the applicant’s credentials meet the recipient’s requirements, a CES report will be issued.

CGFNS International, Inc. trusts that this will address the applicant’s concerns and that the matter will be closed.

     Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

I contacted China 10/11/2022 asking them to search their inbox and spam to see if there was any email sent by CGFNS regarding THE SIGNATURE ON MY VERIFICATION LETTER. Unfortunately, no email regarding my case has been received so far.( please see the attachment)

Even though CGFNS is aware that HPCVC will never provide a list of all the names and signatures of  licensing officials who are authorized to send documents to CGFNS ( HPCVC said CGFNS had been requesting for a couple of years already), they has been keeping requesting the same information as they mentioned in the response, which wasted seven months.( my verification letter was received in March. Please see the attachment.)

I am at the mercy of God and CGFNS.

I beg CGFNS to solve my problem and issue a CES report ASAP.( My work as a RN has to be suspended due to this delay)

I am forever grateful for BBB for your help!

    Regards,

    *********************

e email. However, I was told that there WAS a valid signature on my documents and if CGFNS had any doubt regarding my case, HPCVC would be glad to reply and answer any question if an email was sent in my name specifically. I called CGFNS 5/26/22 and communicated the answer from HPCVC. I called CGFNS on 6/17/22, 7/7/22 and on 7/22/22 finally I was told that a snail mail via USPS was sent to HPCVC in my name on 6/27. I contacted HPCVC on 7/24/22 and found out it was the same form sent last time by email requesting the same thing and my name was not mentioned at all. I have called them four times since then. Nothing happened. In fact, HPCVC makes the verification easy. Any institutions could use the series number on the verification letter to log on www.hpcvc.com to retrieve the letter electronically through the function "Retrieval" for the record as a proof of completion of verification. BBB, please help me out. I need my CES report ASAP. Your assistance is highly appreciated!

     Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

CGFNS fails to prove that they employ live people and not bots to operate their business and fail to deliver costumer service.

Their response was useless, i am still waiting a response from my email to them weeks ago since they are not answering phones at all. They contacted me from below AUTOREPLY email:

[email protected] Thu, Sep 29, 9:45 PM (10 days ago)

***Please do not reply to this automated message. To contact Us, visit ***************************** ***
just saying they need transcripts. MESSAGE SUBJECT: REQUEST FOR TRANSCRIPT DOCUMENTATION AND SECONDARY SCHOOL DIPLOMA

thats a robot answer. No individual has contacted me to prove that they actually have live people working for them. Clearly that explains why no one asnwers the phone.

Can they at least answer whether there will be someone to sign for the letter that the education department will send them from country Georgia?

they are planning to send it this week and i cant seem to get an asnwer for this.

    Regards,

    *************************

hey made an error and are asking transcript verification from my US schools, which they promised to correct 3 months ago but they havn't. Such a business that is used by all US nursing boards that charges so much money for the application but provides virtually no costumer service is a scam and should not be allowed to function. Also I would like to hear from their upper management for what purposes CGFNS is collecting information about my US education if they dont seem to be needing it. How does CGFNS use this information? Does CGFNS have enough security to protect this additional personal information that it does not need? I believe all the companies are supposed to collect minimal information required to complete any sort of process, so I am concerned why so much additional information is being asked in the application from CGFNS if the sole purpose is just verifying a foreign degree? When I went through this process in 2006 none of this unrelated information was being asked.

Please note that CGFNS is sending the applicant a letter via email today advising her that we will accept transcript documents for that nursing program from the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia along with a letter confirming the school is closed.

i am an experienced Canadian Nurse who moved to UT in September 2021. To get my nursing degree validated, I was informed by the Utah Department of Commerce Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing that I had to go through CGFNS, a third party organisation that:1. Validates all nursing credentials;2. To give two authorization to test (ATT) for their qualifying exam and NCLEX. I paid for those two services on October 30 and November 2 2021 respectively totalizing an amount of 895$. (See bills attached). For the past year, the communication with CGFNS has been extremely challenging. The only way to communicate with them is through email because the phone number provided always indicates a busy line and to call back again. Their opening hours are only from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm during weekdays. Additionally, they would take weeks to answer your emails. On August 16, I have received an ATT for their qualifying exam that is given between September 12 and 16. See screenshot 3 provided. Not only the website given to sign up for this exam is not valid, but my email was not entered for the institution to recognize me as a test applicant. I wrote to CGFNS on August 17 to inform them about the situation and on September 1, they replied an incomprehensible email where it was not even registered in my login correspondence for me to go see. See screenshots 4 and 5. I again, attempted to write to them an email and currently waiting for a response. As I will obviously miss the window for this exam, the next window will be around November. Since the fees I paid are only valid for a year (expiration: October 30 2022 and November 2 2022), I will be asked to pay again, which in my opinion, is unjustified because I have attempted to get everything done within the year. Furthermore, it is not for me to pay for their lack of communication or staffing which has been taking more time for them to process documents or emails. Thank you,*************************************

stand why this has been rejected as everything has been sent that was requested. I am worried that I will lose my job offer but CGFNS don't realize the stress this has on the applicant. I have paid $615 to CGFNS International, and it has been nearly 4 months since I have been waiting as every time a document is sent, I am told I have to wait 25 business before I am notified that the documents have been received. I have been working for the National Health Service (NHS) for total 18 years and 14 years as a Biomedical Scientist (Medical technologist) for the NHS in Clinical Pathology/blood sciences laboratory, but it is not good enough for CGFNS International. Please could you help in resolving this matter as everything has been sent and received by CGFNS but it is still not good enough for CGFNS International. I don't know what else I can do as I am getting frustrated with all the delay by CFGNS.

I have provided all requested paperwork and got conformations from CGFNS that they received it. This company keeps asking over and over for the same papers. I started the process in March 2022, paid in full, and still waiting for evaluations. My employer chose this company with faith that it would be resolved sooner than that. My case is so simple: I have completed my education in Florida, have valid licenses in multiple states, and I'm already working in ED Orlando. I don't know what game those company is playing. I saw that if it comes one year mark from starting the application, they will charge it again $650 this is acceptable! Please me resolve this situation and keep companies accountable for their actions, Thank you,***********************

Since April 2022, I have attempted to reach someone at this company regarding clearing my education documents for my nursing career. I have left many, many voicemails but never got a call back. I attempted to arrange an online appointment but the schedule is 6 months out and each visit incurs a fee. It is unreasonable to wait 6 months to speak to someone about my account and any required documents. I have submitted all documentation for this process to be completed but there has been no action taken. I have paid in full when I applied for this service in March of 2022. I need this company to reach out to me to provide any additional requirements or complete my application so I can move forward with my state licensing.

his is causing me serious financial loss due to the lack of a ******** Physical Therapy Licence to accept employment in the State of ********. The Physical Therapy Credential Evaluation is the only requirement needed for the issuance of my ******** Physical Therapy Licence. I paid for the 14-day Expedited review service (which expired on August 31, 2022). This is so unfair and affects me greatly. Attached is the dashboard picture of my ******** Physical Therapy Application, as you can it is the credential evaluation that is delaying my licence issuance.
