    CGFNS Internacional,This company charges a very high price for a very bad job with nurses all over the world. The delay is disrespectful.On June 26, 2021 I made my first payment to CGFNS Internacional, I sent all the documents after 1 year and the deadline expired at the time I paid 360 dollars. On June 20, 2022 I paid $390 again as my process had run out of time.     My name is ************************* with CGFNS ID: *******. I requested a Credential Evaluation Service (CES) Full Education Course-by-Course Evaluation and paid $390 on 27 February 2022. CGFNS has requested the following documents for evaluation: - Transcript Validation Form - SCHOOL OF NURSING, SINGAPORE (received) - License Validation Form - Singapore (received) - Secondary School Diploma - ******* Secondary School, Malaysia.     I am making this complaint because of their very poor service. I have availed their visa screen certificate service on April 26, 2022. I have sent all necessary and required documents to evaluate my bachelors degree and my RN license qualifications from the Philippines since May and June. But up until now all I got from them is just a received status. I have emailed them many times and I have also called their customer service and still the same, nothing is happening. The main reason why I am disappointed with CGFNS Internation with their service. I have informed them that I need my visa screen certificate urgently because my petition with USCIS is on RFE (Request for evidence) status. The CGFNS customer service representative that I have spoken to has asked me to provide them with proof that my claim to expedite the process is legitimate. Unfortunately I cannot provide them with any proof since my immigration said they cannot provide me a legal document because of the privacy and confidentiality that it involves. Regardless of the circumstances, CGFNS International could have made an action to my case and query since I have been patiently waiting without complaints since May. I wouldn't waste my time doing this if I am not desperate for help. I need my visa screen certificate both for my RN license endorsement in Illinois Board of Nursing and for my US embassy interview later on. Also, if my petition with USCIS is not on RFE, I wouldn't do this as well. My immigration lawyer has informed me that I have only 60 days to provide my missing document. And hopefully I can comply before the 60 day deadline is over. Anyway I would greatly appreciate any help you can extend on my behalf from this complaint. And thank you in advance.

    Hello, I am seeking help against the CGFNS. I am an American Citizen who had gotten her nursing license in Australia. I have a current license to practice as an RN since October 2021. However I moved back to the states to get Registered in Idaho and had to go through the CGFNS to do so. This company had been HORRIBLE TO WORK WITH & there incompetence is costing my my livelihood as I can’t pay my student loans without making appropriate nursing money which I should be earning. Here is my story. On March 21, 2022 I submitted all documents and paid in full for CES report (300$). They say it can take up to 25 business days to put in documents which would bring us to April 22nd but I had not heard anything from them. Finally, They emailed me regarding receiving my Australian license on 4/24. Then silence. Not until 6/10 did they receive my high school transcripts.Finally a whole month later they email me and say my Griffith Transcripts are received on July 8th. Then on July 8th I get an email saying I am eligible for an expedited 10 business day report about my application and I am only eligible if all documents are in. 310 was payed to them for this service. (Total 610 so far). My License and High school documents were reviewed and passed in the 10 day period by July 22nd. but my Nursing transcripts were still under reiview for additional 6 days and on July 28th they were rejected and simply told me to resend my transcripts. Confused I called them on July 29th and said very rudely they tell me someone scanned in my transcripts twice and sorry but mistakes happen. They gave me a “mangers” email to personally send in my transcripts to. So only July 29th I did. I have then since contacted him without success. It is August 24th and nothing has happened. I’m afraid they are a scam and took my money— and have done nothing to help me. I have had a nursing job opportunity since March in the ER and they are only waiting for this company to go through. Help me!!

    Please note that CGFNS is awaiting transcripts from ******** University.  The applicant’s secondary school transcript was erroneously data entered as transcripts from ******** University on July 8, 2022.  A search was conducted to determine if transcripts were received from ******** University to no avail, and on July 28, 2022 the applicant was sent an email indicating we needed transcripts and a breakdown from ******** University.  On July 29, 2022, the applicant was sent an email informing her to have the transcripts sent to a specific email address, no transcripts have been received via that email address. On September 1, 2022 CGFNS contacted ******** University via email to request transcripts and the Request for Academic Records form. On September 7, 2022, the applicant was given the email address for the Director of the Credentials Evaluation Service and instructed to request ******** University to send the transcript and Request for Academic Records to that email address.
    Once CGFNS receives and processes the requested information and the applicant’s credentials have met the recipient’s requirements, a CES Professional Report will be issued.  Please note that the applicant will also be refunded the fee she paid for the Expedited Review Service for Active CES Professional Report.

    On May 23, 2022 I requested my visa screen from the CGFNS (ORDER NUMBER *******). I have not received my document, I paid 615$, an expensive fee for a service that has no quality. When we call they never answer, they ask to come back later (recording) and when we send an email they don't respond. I need this document, I am in the final phase of my immigration process and I need this document on the day of my interview.

    I paid for a Credentials Evaluation Service report ($475) in March, several months after receiving a Credentials Validation Service for NY with nil issues. As CGFNS already had my documentation/credentials on file, I was eligible for the "Expidited CES Review" service (an additional $270). CGFNS then contacted me on April 13 requesting additional documentation - transcript of my Bachelor's in Science (Chemistry) and an updated letter from my Nursing School - both of which I have provided and have been reviewed and accepted by CGFNS. However, there is one outstanding document - a Transcript Validation Form for my BSc (Chem) which is pre-filled by CGFNS with the incorrect university details (my BSc was at a different university than my nursing school). I have tried submitting this form and it has not been accepted due to these incorrect details pre-filled by CGFNS. I have also tried to contact CGFNS to resolve this matter, multiple times through their email help portal and many, many phone calls over several months which have gone unanswered. CGFNS's replies via the help portal misunderstand my issue and advise me to continue to wait until they receive and review my document. No one ever answers the CGFNS telephone help line and there is no hold service -- you just have to be lucky if a rep is free that moment to answer your call. I would like to submit a formal complaint about this business, who overcharges for their service and charges exorbitant fees for any extra service without actually rendering services paid for and having no avenues to resolve problems. I have no further avenues to contact them aside from a "Virtual Consultation" service - which comes with an additional fee and no availability until 2023. This is ridiculous.

    I applied with CFNS in January 2022. 8 months later my profile is not updated. Every time I call them (getting in touch with customer service is hard!!!) they say that they requested confirmation of the seal from Board of Nursing in my country, the Board sent to me the proof that they responded to CGFNS as soon as they got that request, yet CGFNS never updated my profile even though it’s been several months since it was sent to them. (The seal confirmation was sent to CFNS via email but when I informed them about it, they answered that they take 25 working days to open documents sent by postal services. I don’t know what wasn’t clear to understand when I said via email…. I don’t know what else I can do but I’m genuinely upset with this company. So much money and effort for nothing

    I have used CGFNS for a Credentials Evaluation Service (CES) since 2012. I applied a for a CGFNS exam which my application was approved and I was able to pass my exam. I have acquired a CES report for my RN License in OR at 2014, which was also approved. Fast forward 2021 when Im trying to get a Licensure of Endorsement for Nursing for MA now suddenly my transcript of records are no longer acceptable. It stated through their communication email that they sent, that my transcript should be original and should come from the school. My school sent all ORIGINAL documents with the school dry seal and all forms were filled out by a staff from our school administration. Nothing in their email specifies whats wrong with my documents and why it was rejected. When I tried to call their number it always goes to automatic voice prompt saying that their line is busy and to call again. And their line is busy multiple times in a day as I have attempted to call multiple times a day. No voicemail capability at all. And when I sent them a message through their Contact Us portal, their response is to refer to the previous email sent which is not helpful. Not to mention the length of time for them to respond is OVER 2 months. Which puts my application closer to expiration. I paid over $400 per application and I could not even get to talk to anyone. I dont know how this business is still open. Or why other states still uses their service which there are other credential evaluation companies out there. This is very frustrating. This is highway robbery.

    I paid for a credential evaluation report that was issued June 2020 for my license endorsement. This report is specifically for a nursing state board, I had provided CGFNS with all required documents. After. waiting two years my application is being processed for that state board. The CES report was reviewed by the licensed analyst as such important details are not included in the report which is not valid. CGFNS CES report should included my educational history and licensed history for that specific state board. Secondly, regarding customer services I have spent weeks trying to reach a agent via telephone with no avail. Calls transfer automated voice system then disconnects. Tired reaching a agent via email with no response, to add the have included a paid system to speak to an agent with dates that are months apart. Note: Verification within the report must evidence RN License from State/Country/Territory where you most recently practiced is active at the time your Louisiana RN License is issued. ( This is the response from the state board)

    My name is ******* ************. I filed a complaint for CGFNS concerning my credential report issued without the required information for the nursing state board. In the last email, CGFNS reassured that report would be reissued once all documents are received. All my documents were sent. I have since reached out to CGFNS for an update on CES and was informed by the agent I have to wait additional 25 business days after receipt to reflect on my account. The document was uploaded directly to the CGFNS portal, and the other was sent via courier. This process has been emotionally and financially exhausting as I am currently unemployed and awaiting license endorsement. As a recommendation moving forward, steps should be taken to make the credential process more straightforward, especially regarding updating documents.

    In Feb 2022 I purchased the Credentials Evaluation Services (CES) Professional Report. Prior to the purchase I contacted CGFNS and was reassured I can re-use my documentation from a previously bought service in 2020, the Certification Program (CP), because those school documents had not yet expired. CGFNS now states that they do not have all the necessary documentation to complete my CES Professional Report; however, they do have everything to proceed.In Mar 2022 I got an e-mail stating that my school (University of *****, Italy) didnt complete the third page of the Request for Academic Records / Transcripts. However, CGFNS already verified the same exact form from my previous service. Specifically, there was confusion over two numbers written on page three which resulted in a further inquiry. My University sent updated clinical hours Feb 9, 2021 to CGFNS with the institutional seal and log sheet from an official University domain as required by CGFNS for authentication purposes. As such, my University has already provided all needed documentation to produce a CES report to include the Request for Academic Records complete form. So I do not understand why CGFNS has failed to produce my CES Report as they have all the documentation needed to do so. CGFNS has been sitting on my CES Professional Report for six months. This is beyond unacceptable. I have sent numerous secure messages regarding updates and questions about my CES Professional Report status only to take weeks for vague, unhelpful responses. It is impossible to speak with a representative as their lines are always busy with reduced business hours. To date, my message for a status update from July 28, 2022 has not been answered. I simply do not know what more I can do on my end to have CGFNS furnish my CES Professional Report so I can proceed with my professional life.

    ******************************* placed an order for a Credentials Evaluation Service (CES) Professional Report on February 10, 2022. CGFNS International, Inc. is required by the applicant’s report recipient to review all required documentation.

    The following are documents that have been received and reviewed:

    Bachiller en Ciencias y Letras (High School Diploma in Science and Arts) issued by Academia ******** *************, Honduras. Deemed acceptable by the evaluator.

    License verification from Italy. Deemed acceptable by the evaluator.

    Transcripts from Universita ***** ***** di UDINE. Deemed acceptable by the evaluator.

    The evaluator has reviewed all documents. The applicant’s credentials have met the recipient’s requirements and a CES Professional Report was issued on August 17, 2022.

    CGFNS International, Inc. trusts that this will address the applicant’s concerns and that the matter will be closed.
