On June 13 2022, I started Visa Screen: Visa Credentials Assessment (VS) - Visascreen Application for Physical Therapists. After just a month, all documents required were sent by my university and my licensing authority from the Philippines. Given that, I even uploaded proof of deliveries for both parcels. Unfortunately, the CGFNS website hasn't updated my dashboard and still displays "Waiting for Initial Documentation." I'm afraid my documents would get lost in their office since they have instances of lost and mishandled documents from the reviews. I've tried emailing and calling them but no one answers. I honestly felt like they just took my money and had no intention of acting upon their service. I don't want this to be my reason for not completing my visa application. I know they would like me to wait it out but its been over a month and I could see a pattern from other people on how they handle this type of service. Please help me with this.Business Response

I have been working with this company for months, to be specific since February, to have my credentials evaluated. I have sent and all the required documents and done everything that was asked of me. Each time I got in contact with a representative about the process of my document I was told something different. Months after and Im still being told I still need to submit documents that were sent in and was told would be waived. I have been calling the company for the 3 with no answer. I am coming closer to the date of my interview and I need the evaluated documents and Im yet to get anywhere further than I was a couple months ago. No one seems t communicate and asking to speak with a manger is a joke. No matter what time and how many times you call the phone line is busy and tells you to call back at a different call and jus hangs up. Emailing a question is ridiculous because no one responds. I have been through multiple stages of depression dealing with this company.Business Response

I submit an NCCAOM Credentials Assessment on October 21, 2021, on the website of ICD (International Consultants of Delaware) and paid for it at that time (500 dollars). The Applicant ID is ***********. The order number is APP-********. It will be expired in the next two months (Oct 21, 2022). It has already taken me 9 months now to evaluate my credential files but it still hasn't been finished. I know the estimated time to finish it actually various and depends on the files uploading. However, I finally finished all my paperwork when I found lots of delayed notifications by myself, the current process still lasts more than three months so far. The worst situation is when I try to find help from ICD, there is always the same navigator who has a really bad manner and attitude and didn't help me with useful information but only keeping waiting without any reason. Now, my only wish is they can take my case seriously and give me a response to finish it before it expires. Thank you so much!Business Response

I have submitted the required documents in April for the CES report required to secure maryland RN license. I got a notification by June 6 that my documents are ready for review. I am expecting that the CES report will be forwarded to MDBON. I emailed and informed them that my temporary RN license will expire on July 31,2022. I didnt get a reply informing me on what they want me to do to beat the deadline. The hospital and rehab facility im working told me to stop coming in on July 31. All my shifts are now cancelled. As an immigrant RN with bills coming due today, those shifts would make the difference if i make it to the next paycheck given the payrate for immigrant nurses under contract and bond.Business Response

I am applying for nursing licensure by endorsement to the State of New Jersey. Since I am already licensed, I just need to pay the fees and submit the required documents. One of the required documents is the Credential Evaluation from CGFNS. So, on June 28, 2021, I purchased a Credential Evaluation Service through CGFNS worth $295. Since shipping of documents from foreign schools take a longer time, not to mention the ongoing pandemic, it took about six months for CGFNS to receive all the documents they need. Understanding the delay in receiving all of the necessary documents needed to process the evaluation, I went ahead and purchased an expedited service on January 10, 2022, where CGNFS will prioritize my application and complete the evaluation within ten (10) business days. This service cost me an additional $270. CGFNS completed the report on January 26, 2022. Not counting the MLK holiday, it took them eleven (11) days to submit the report. One day late was not a big deal for me. After all, I already waited more than six months at that point. I was also applying for a Nurse Executive Advanced certification (NEA-BC) through the ******** ****** ************* ****** (****) and they also require a credential evaluation through CGFNS. Since I am already going through an existing evaluation with CGFNS, it only cost me an additional $100 to request for an additional recipient of the report. I went ahead and paid the fee on January 4, 2022, and asked CGFNS to also send my report to ****. Since over a month has gone and the State Board of New Jersey and **** have not confirmed receipt of the report, I started following up with CGFNS as well. . I kept bouncing back from three different entities spending hours on end on the phone because of the long wait times when you call. I have been doing this from February to present. I don't see the urgency from CGFNS because they know that every foreign-educated nurse has to go through them.Business Response

******* ******* placed an order for the Credentials Evaluation Service (CES) Professional Report Re-Evaluation on June 28, 2021 with two state boards of nursing listed as the recipients. The reports were issued to the state boards of nursing electronically via their portals on January 26, 2022; however, the New Jersey State Board of Nursing did not verify the report until August 11, 2022.
The applicant also placed an order for the Credentials Evaluation Service with the ******** ******* ************* ****** (****) listed as the recipient on January 4, 2022. He should have applied to the Comparability Assessment for **** Programs instead of placing the CES order. CGFNS contacted the applicant on August 2, 2022 informing him of this and also credited the payment he made on January 4, 2022 back to his account. The applicant was also advised that his school needs to complete the Request for Academic Records/Transcripts with Advanced Breakdown form and send it to CGFNS.
