    My wife has been working with this company for years and they constantly are unreliable with their paper work standards. Even when we send them passing exam qualifications it shows as not passing. While waiting on them to verify documents other documents become expired. It's a rat race to get documents verified. Phone lines are only open for a short period of time. You are constantly on hold. Every operator has different formation to give you. Literally the worst company I have ever done business with. Stay away from dealing with them. It is a hassle and they are very rude

    I am a Registered Nurse in the Philippines and applying to New York State and my Documents from Philippines was send via DHL last May 31,2022 and they received as I tracked my mail, but the CGFNS Service is not responding I keep on calling and emailing them that the New York State of Education did not received my documents yet because It is stated in my Online portal that CGFNS delivery emailed last July 13,2022 then I call the New York State but still they don't have my documents yet . I keep on doing a follow up on call the Customers service number and no body answer only there answering machine that doesn't HELP.I am frustrated on how to contact the CGFNS this time it's been months and months of waiting and nothing happens...It is wasting of my time, money and effort because I'm from the Western part of US and trying to get up early and vacate my day just to dial and follow this thing that takes forever . Please anybody can Help me resolve this problem I would appreciate and how to contact their office and talk to a person in their customers service.
    Anybody has an idea of other numbers to contact them .

    I have requested my Visa Screen on July 29th, 2022. It has more than a month, and they domnot change my status or send me it. CGFNS has already all my documents to evaluate and send me the Visa Screen. However, they never update my status. I have already contacted them, and they never answer my questions directly, only with empty answers. Also, they take more than a week to answer emails. I really need my Visa Screen to proceed with my process. My time is running out. This document is already expensive, so the minimum from CGFNS was to have an fast service. I appreciate your attention to this matter.
