  CGFNS is the most inefficient company in the United States. They charge you an arm and a leg to evaluate your credentials yet the service is terrible.
  After 4 months of patiently waiting with calls and email follow ups, they issued my CES Report to the Board of Nursing for Practical Nursing with error.
  They only started the review on the 2nd month after they received my documents.
  On the beginning of the 3rd month, my status says ready for final review and Ready for submission at the end of the 3rd month.
  They asked for clarification for Report Recipient/Purpose which I responded/corrected immediately. They only responded a week after.
  So yesterday, on my 4th month, the report was finally issued BUT with an ERROR!!!
  They put RN Licensure instead of LPN LICENSURE! After 1.5 months after I clarified with them the purpose and recipient of the report, they unbelievably sent it to the board with the wrong purpose written on there.
  I do not know how long this issue will be addressed again. It will probably take forever again!

  I sent my document on June 2022 then just in April 7th 2023 CGFNS received my all documents from my College and board in Brazil. I wait too long for responding about information about my CES and I not received any updates.

  My visa screening certificate took 6 months to be issued which included multiple email reminders, phone calls, and repeated documents.
  For my Licensure endorsement, I needed a CES certificate which is an ongoing nightmare I paid $450 for the CES report. I made multiple phone calls and emails. I explained that my flight ticket was booked and my start date was fixed. I was told that I am eligible for and if I apply for the expedited service, it will be issued within 10 business days. I paid an additional $400 and I was asked to resend my transcript and 2 additional forms which were already verified during the process of the visa screen less than 6 months ago. These repetitive documents cost me money and time. The requested documents were couriered from India and were received by them and yet the report was not made available. On a phone call, I was told they received the transcript and asked me to resend one of the documents which were sent along with the transcript, in the same envelope.
  CGFNS is discriminatory, extremely harassing, fraudulent, and a money-making racket, taking advantage of helpless candidates. CGFNS should be held accountable.

  I already have extensive CGFNS documents in the past. Just ordered a recredential of my CES eval with my previous documents still intact as I esaved them. Last 08/2021, i initiated the CES recredential. Glad to see the previous saved documents filling up and I secured documents from my new education and had it uploaded. Later I receive word that i need to secure more documents that i have saved with E saved but they want to redo it again ..i had to secure it from overseas and have it brought here on my expense. Guess what? no response for 6 months and then 3 weeks before april 2022..another need for new overseas document(which was already esaved) for basically the same thing I had in my education file...or else i lose everything..then i file overseas and get document shipped to CG..it gets there by May. Guess what? it takes them 4 months to read it and put pending...by 10/22 , they say ready fo submission and then say OOPS. we need more documents..pls sent again or else. you lose your money....I send again.. it reaches them. by 2/23 ready for review but no word by 03/08/2022..we need another dcoument again...Ces not ready for eval ..you will lose everything by expiration unless you send it to us and now you have to pay us 310 dollars. for a new Eval.....I have had a very bad experience with this service from CGFNS. I dont think they can even release the CES recred i wanted from 2021 owing to delays from their part and piecemeal requests...fulfill. then oops sorry need more..then delay..then oop..then delay..very bad credentials service./Then now they demand new money for fresh reading when they have not fulfilled the 1s credentials eval in 2021.

  Good afternoon. I'm a nurse from Brazil and I am waiting for the VS for the immigration process. My English score arrived on the 23rd of January and so far it is not in the system. It is the only document missing to start the analysis for VisaScreen. can you help me? Gratitude.

  Zero stars if I can. I am an RN with 25 years experience in the United States. A foreign graduate but now an American citizen. Recently, I wanted to apply for a multi-State RN license to work in other States as a travel RN. I have a CGFNS certificate and Visa Screen from 1994. States are now requiring a credentials evaluation report of my original transcript. Any State will not accept CGFNS certificate from me or credentials evaluation from me. It has to come from CGFNS. Since August 2022 I have been attempting to e-mail, call, fax CGFNS to request them to send my certificate to the State Board of Nursing I am applying to. No response. When calling I was on hold for almost 2 hours and then it said they are busy call another time. My call was promptly disconnected. I tried to set up a 30 minute customer service consultation time for a $25 fee, the first opening is in 6 months. I happened to take a trip to Philly for the 2022 Nursing convention and went to the CGFNS offices thinking I will get better luck by showing up. No such luck. Their office is empty. There were 2 mail room male employees. They pretended to take my name, address phone number and CGFNS number and said "we will give it to our supervisor". This was October 12, 2022. I have not heard a word. CGFNS is a scam with an overpaid CEO. I can't imagine communicating with this shell of a company from overseas. I feel for my fellow nurses who have no choice but to deal with CGFNS. Scam, scam, scam!!!

  Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. First off I applied for the wrong program because nowhere on the website does it say if you’ve written the NCLEX, you only need the VisaScreen service. Two, I cannot get anyone on the phone to help, it tells me they are busy and hangs up. Three, the email response I got didn’t even come close to answering my question. So I’m left with a $600 bill on my credit card and still needing to apply for the $700 USD service instead because they don’t help you figure it out or transfer your files to the correct service. Oh not to mention their paid help line doesn’t even give you dates to set up a call, just says they’re full. Worst company ever.

  I started my process with CGFNS to validate my nursing degree, but they take a long time to analyze and respond to messages. I'm just waiting for the analysis of the last document related to my license, which was sent and arrived on January 4, I've sent messages to know information, but i didn't get a response.They just sent an email stating that my process expires in February, but I had already paid an additional amount of another year, so I'm not understanding this deadline. I would like to get an answer on my process and whether I should do anything to extend that deadline proposed by them not to lose my process.

  It is impossible to get a contact or a response from the CGFNS because they simply do not respond. How an institution like this can have such terrible customer service? I paid $420 to have my academic validation since August 15th.
  Josef&Silny is another validation company, but it is not accepted in all the US, but it has incredible competence.
  I feel punished for having to go through a process like this through the CGFNS.
  WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD. Since the 14th of October, I've sent an email and no one responds!!!! how is this possible???
  It's really draining, it's emotionally and physically exhausting to be going through this!!!

  I wish there was an option to give this service negative 5 stars!
  I have been dealing with this company for a year now. For a company that deals with applicants from all over the world, the word "International" is a joke. Their requirements for needed documents are extremely stringent and do not take into account that some schools in the world do not speak English and do not have access to translating services or have a way to accept a payment for services from an oversea account! I had to ask my cousin, that still lives in the country of my initial RN education, to help me communicate with the school officials. He arranged for official translation of CGFNS Request for academic records/transcripts and made sure the school sent the requested documentation to CGFNS via certified mail. A tracking number of the postage shows the packet/letter was received by CGFNS in June. CGFNS still has not entered that information into my report.
  CGFNS was responding to my emails for the first few months and when I called, someone always answered although each representative gave me slightly different answer. Since August, no one answers calls and there is no way to leave a message or request a call back. All I hear is a message that repeats twice and then they hang up. Replies to my messages are irrelevant or none at all. I was notified my service expires at the end of this month. Should CGFNS answered my emails or calls, the college I am trying to attend would already receive their report and would be on my way to bachelor's degree in nursing. I have wasted almost a year! If I still don't hear from CGFNS, my $385 application fee and TOEFL fee of $245 will be all wasted as well.
  Knowing that CGFNS is not BBB accredited, is there a way to make them accountable? Treating paying costumers this way is unacceptable. Any help will be gratly appreciated
