    Fifteen hundred dollar computer took my nine months to get. Worked for eight months. Three hundred dollars to send back. Arrived not working. Sent back again. Arrived not working. Seems like they kept dragging things out until we were out of warranty. Now they will not help us without more money.

    I ordered a PC as a gift at the end of February. I was told it would ship in a few weeks (although the timeline on their website is four weeks). I emailed and said that I needed this to arrive by April 1 at the latest. I was told this was not a problem. I then was told that it hadnt even been started because they had add ons they wanted permission to do and instead of calling they sent emails that went to my junk mail. If I had wanted to add on I wouldve in the first place. Dealing with the customer service within this company is an absolute nightmare. I was told again and again it would ship this week and again and again it didnt. They have no voicemail and they never answer their phones. Just a few days ago, they assured me, without expediting shipping, that it was shipped and would arrive March 31st. But they never actually shipped it. Instead, they canceled the label the next day, and shipped it ground to arrive April fourth. Their response to my complaint was oh well- thankfully we are still within our time window. It actually wasnt. Dont mislead customers!!!Save yourself the stress do not order from this company. I really hope this works well and I do not have to deal with back-and-forth with them if it doesnt.

    To whom it may concern: We ordered an Apex gaming computer for $6040.37 on December 14, 2021. They originally estimated a delivery time of 6-16 weeks. We received the computer On May 4th,2022 after 20 weeks. The computer worked for a relatively short time and we returned it for repair on December 20, 2022. The computer was returned to us and did not work. We returned it again on January 20, 2023. We were patient and understanding. From them Crickets. We did not hear from them. We made numerous calls and they never returned one. When we finally got hold of them they said that the mother board was burning out and malfunctioning, so we said we wanted a refund as they have had the computer more than we do and we have no confidence in it. The computer has never worked properly. We continually tried to work with Apex, but they were unable to repair the computer in a timely fashion or with any sense of confidence in the over $6000 we spent. I spoke to ******, who denied giving me his work e-mail or his last name. He said that he is mailing the computer back to me. This computer is supposed to be a top of the line custom built computer and it is not. It has been an unreliable piece of garbage. I wish I had known that this fraudulent company had an F rating from the BBB. They should refund our money. They have no business morals and are fraudulent liars who only care about deposits in their bank account and not the product or service that they should be supplying to their clients. If someone is thinking about buying a high end gaming PC, look elsewhere. No morals, no integrity. APEX Gaming PC's are lying, thieves who will steal from you. Save your hard earned dollars. Zero's have no sum this equals APEX Gaming PC. FRAUD! They should be shut down to protect the public from further financial damages.

    Purchased a $6,327.71 computer (to be built by the company Apex Gaming PCs) on 11/17/22. Time expected for the computer to be built and shipped was shown either to be between 4-6 or 8-12 weeks, unsure which one applied to my scenario. Through December had to contact them multiple times to see if there were any updates. Over December and January there were only updates like “it’s in progress”, then I was told in Febuary it should have been completed “within a day or two”. They have a tracker and now the tracker says my build has gone back in progress. I’m not $6k lost after 3.5 months with absolutely nothing to show for it and no help fr the company themself. I’m being frustrated with them and want to just get a refund. I now have 0 confidence this company can actually do what they’re advertising.

    Ordered a gaming pc on November 24th 2022. Hoping to get it by Christmas. They advertise on their website 2 to 6 weeks on new orders. Today is February 10th 2023, going on 3 months! Their excuse was waiting on parts, under staffed etc.But they sure don't mind taking your money before they ship their products...Never did they send an email about the delays, I always sent emails asking the status on my order and once all the parts came in they promised me that I would have the pc by the following Friday. Well that Friday still hasn't come. Their business ethics and customer service are the worst I ever dealt with and I want to encourage anyone looking for a gaming pc to look elsewhere. My pc was supposed to be at my house last Friday 02/03/2023, so I sent another email Monday 02/06/2023 asking why my pc hasn't been shipped and have yet to get any response from them, today is the 02/07/2023.I am so frustrated to say the least. All of my parts have come in so why haven't I received the pc yet?!

    Order date 12/21/22 Amount $690.72 ORDER #******** I asked for a refund on 1/8/23 and they will not refund my money. I did not realize it would take so long for the computer to be shipped. On 1/8/23 the order had not even began being processed. I sent a message requesting a refund on 1/8/23 and they have not yet given me my refund. Please help. Thank you.

    On November 22, 2022, I placed an order for a gaming PC with an advertised turnaround of 4-6 weeks. At the seven week mark, it still wasn't shipped so I wrote to Apex to find out why. They said they were short a CPU and GPU so I forked over some extra money to upgrade to products that they had in stock. Once we got this squared away, the package was ready to be shipped. They originally send the package *** ground, so I asked if I could upgrade the shipping to next day air. Here is the problem - the package never arrived. I called *** to let them know, and they said that Apex "has a shipping contract with *** and that they know to send packages "Next Day Saturday" in order for my product to have been delivered on time. Apex did this intentionally so as to prevent spending any extra money on their end when I volunteered to foot the entire expense to begin with. So now, I got a $5k unit for $6k, and I'm waiting nine weeks instead of 4-6 for a package that should have been delivered yesterday.

    On 11/22/2022, I placed an order for a gaming computer from Apexgamingpcs.com. The turnaround time for which is four to six weeks. Six weeks later, as I noticed the PC was not anywhere close to completion, I wrote to the company to find out why. They indicated that they were waiting for parts that they were out of, namely the CPU and GPU. So I offered to change them both by upgrading at a cost of $600, which placed the total cost of the machine to just over $6,000. After this was taken care of, the buildout was completed. Then, as it came time to ship, I asked if I could upgrade the shipping to overnight. Katie Ortiz responded via email that this was possible, and that I could upgrade to overnight shipping. I said that I wanted to do that, and to send me an invoice. Long story short, they haven't sent the invoice and they're apparently ignoring my requests for the same, of which I have made five. This Company has fallen short on all of it's advertised deadlines. All I want them to do is stop ignoring me, allow me to upgrade my shipping, and to get my product, for which I have been waiting nearly two weeks longer than advertised.

    I purchased a new gaming PC built with custom specifications and spent $2,373.30. This was originally ordered July 6, 2021 but was on constant delay and FINALLY shipped on November 8, 2021. I was away at college so my parents accepted the computer with no visual damage to the box. This sat unopened until I came home for Thanksgiving break. Upon opening the box, the ********* packaging around the unit was broken along the back and all along one side. In addition, there was damage to one of the feet of the housing unit. The foot is cracked has caused the metal casing to bow inward where the damage is. Finally I tried to power on the unit and nothing was happening at ALL. I reached out to customer service November 21, 2021 via their customer service portal and did not receive a response until January 5, 2022 as their office was closed from November to January, 2022. They issued me a return label to ship the unit back for repair. When I finally received the computer a 2nd time in February, it was damaged in a NEW place and it was packed POORLY (brown packing paper). I contacted APEX customer service again and they sent a replacement part that my Dad had to install. Once we got past this and getting all the replacement parts, I come to find out that a DIMM port is not working and the framerate keeps dropping. This meant another return of my computer to APEX where they had to replace a motherboard, replace a cooler and some other issues. After APEX "fixed" this set of issues, it was returned to me in August, 2022. I received it in time before I left for college and when I went to turn it on, I encountered yet another issue! The computer doesn't display on the monitor and the screen remains black even though the computer is powered on and connected via HDMI cable. I am beyond frustrated that it is over a year later and I STILL don't have a functioning computer.
