      Ardent Credit Union is inaccurately reporting paid collection on my credit report. I did business wiht this company when they were named "***". A representative told me if i pay the collection it will not me on my credit anymore but it still is. This has been effecting my credit standing. I held my end of the bargain and they did not keep their promise i would like the paid collection listed below to be removed from my credit reports immediately, thank you

      I opened a Checking account with this credit union because they were offering a bonus for signing up. It's been 120 days since opening the account and I was told I do not qualify because I do did not have transaction activity consistent with normal day-to-day spending patterns. Which seems to be a bait and switch policy to get people to sign up and then have full discretion to deny someone the bonus. I recently lost my job and was abroad and did not have any way to use my account in June/July so I should not be penalized for that, which is exactly what the bank is doing by denying the bonus. I would like the bank to honor the sign-up bonus.
