    I have a saving and checking account with Media Members federal credit union. I have a loan that is to be paid directly from my account. I got the loan in May. I noticed on my credit report it stated that I did not pay my loan. The loan amount of $236.51 is supposed to be taken out every month automatically out of my account. This is why I use this bank so that I do not have to worry about payment. They did not take it out. I called but the phone was never answered. I used the email address on the website. Still no reply. After two months of trying to reach them I finally got a person on the line. She stated that they had a new system and they were having problems. She said that it would corrected and I wouldnt have to worry. That was in July. I have to call every month to have them take the money out of my account to pay the loan. They freeze the amount of the loan in your account so that they will receive payment. I have to call again this month because payment was not made on my loan. Every time you call person says yes we are solving the problem. It is still not fixed. When I disputed not being late on the payment to the credit bureau Media members stated that I did miss a payment. The payment was missed because their system didn't take out the payment. I would like my credit report fixed because it was an error on their part not mine.

    *****, you are right, that was our error and should never have happened and when it did, it should have been fixed immediately please accept my apologies.

     

    Also, your loan is being automatically paid, so you do not need to call us to make the payment your next payment will be made October 31.
