    I received items from South by Sea that had seams that were falling apart. After being told that they would be replaced and that I did not have to send pictures of the damage, I heard two week later that they did need the pictures of the damage. A week after sending pictures of the frayed and falling apart shirts, they informed me that they would not be replacing the items.

    Extremely disappointed with the customer service and the unprofessionalism.

    Service was INCREDIBLE. Their process is so flexible, and easy to work with. My crewnecks arrived early and they look awesome.
    This was my first experience with this sort of thing and it went amazing. I have zero complaints with the quality, shipping, absolutely nothing.
