      I used keep it moving LLC to move my household goods from Virginia to Florida. November 2022 was pickup and company was late to start on day that appointment was made. Company finally showed up to start the pack out at 6 pm and stayed until 2am. Next morning at 7 am was show up and stayed again until 1am, again next morning they showed up at 7am and finally left at 7 pm on the 3rd day. Pack out was very unorganized and poorly supervised. We were already scheduled to stay in Georgia that day and had to move our reservations (costing us money) and had to make reservations to stay another night in Virginia (costing us money). Once truck was loaded and doors were lock the price of the move went up 4k from the original agreed price. Once drop off was arranged in Florida, they were late again. During drop off several items were broken during the move. We were given the instructions to file a claim but the company that keep it moving was insured with had dropped them and would not cover them any long and said that I should contact keep it moving for further action. I have tried reaching out numerous times with no responses. I served 20yrs in the US Military and had 10 family moves all over the world and by far this was the worst experience my family and I have ever had
