      Horrible service! I didnt get all my belonging. Pillows to my couch, TVs cracked mirrors all broken headboard broken mattress messed up. Chairs broken and they tried to nail the leg back like I wouldnt notice. I shouldve know when they came with 2 men to move and 1 didnt have a hand. SMH

      Our ******************* is currently exercising its contractual right to investigate this matter. Once the client officially submits their claim then the process can begin. Situations like these are not often resolved as quickly and may take some time considering the magnitude of the claim. In regards to the disabled gentleman that was missing fingers not the hand. We stand behind him wholeheartedly as we do not discriminate in no way , shape or form. Regardless of physical condition, religious preference, ***, color, nor creed.       We’re still trying to locate the box of shoes. We gave you the information on how to file a claim. We even said that we’d deliver the box once it’s retrieved and still honor the compensation through the claim. Please refer back to your signed agreement title “Moving Claims” it states that while the claim is still pending, all correspondence is to go through a third party mediator. Our company has not received any such notifications that you’ve done so.
