01/29/24 was the date of order. I paid $243.45 for 3 hats and a pair of boots. The hats were shipped but the tracking for the boots never updated to shipped. Its been 2 weeks Ive tried contacting them by email/website and ******* still no reply or update on my order. I wanted this item to wear on January 14 now Im out my money. *********** Total = $131.07 Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have encountered with my recent purchase from Snipesusa.com. On December 6th, I ordered two pairs of shoes from their website. However, upon receiving the shoes on December 13th, I discovered that they did not fit me properly. According to their order policy, I was required to pay for the return of the shoes, which I promptly did. On December 16th, I returned the shoes as instructed. However, despite emailing them to inquire about my refund, I received no response. To make matters worse, I discovered that there is no phone number associated with their store, making it difficult to seek assistance. To my surprise, a few days ago on February 7th, I received an email from Snipesusa.com asking how they could assist me. Unfortunately, I did not notice this email until I received a follow-up email stating that my case had been closed without any refund being issued. I am reaching out to you in the hope that you can help me resolve this matter and retrieve my money. I kindly request your assistance in getting the refund that I am entitled to. My husband purchased a pair of *** ****** 5 ***** for our son on 12/20/23. They created a shipping label on 12/22/23. It is now 1/19/24 and my son’s sneakers were never shipped nor received. The first time we called snipes for answers, The guy who answered the phone said that the sneakers were sent to a place in Brooklyn NY named ***** **** for the sneakers to be shipped. The next day I called this store back with the same question about the sneakers. The guy who answered the phone again said I have to contact ***** ****. I have been calling ***** **** and no one has ever answered the phone. I again call back this same snipes store that we ordered from to let him know ***** **** is not answering the phone so I can’t get any answers. He then tells me I have to keep calling and calling. I say ok and again attempt to reach out to ***** ****. Weeks go by, still have not received the sneakers. I want the order canceled and I want a refund. I called this same snipes store in Philadelphia to tell this same guy who answered the phone that I want my money back and I want the order canceled. He tells me I have to contact customer service.I call snipes back to tell them that all I get is a recorded message saying “sorry we can’t take your call at this moment.”He proceeds to tell me that as long as I have the receipt I can get a refund at any snipes store. I say ok. I printed my order receipt from my email and drive 30min to the nearest snipes store only to have the person in the store tell me that they cannot cancel orders in the store it has to go through customer service because customer service handles all of the online orders. I tell him cs does not answer. He then says I have to email them. I retrieve the email and ask him, well what is the time frame I can expect an answer from cs. He proceeds to tell me that he doesn’t have a time frame for that. I leave the store and emailed cs right away ( I am still waiting on a reply).Business Response

I purchased 3 items online. I received an email stating that two of the 3 items were canceled, with no explanation as to why. I was charged $9.95 for shipping for the one item they had. I went online and reordered the two items that were canceled for no apparent reason. They charged me $9.95 shipping a second time. When the package arrived, one of the items sent was not what I ordered and paid for. I have contacted customer support through email, because there is no phone number to call. There is no way to speak to a customer representative. I advised them in the email of the incorrect item and of the same items being canceled on my previous order. I asked for a prepaid label to send the items back and a full refund. At this point I do not want to do business with Snipes. I should not have been charged shipping a second time after they canceled the two items that were clearly available. I received an email back two days later stating they were closing the case and marking it as resolved. I was NEVER contacted by anyone and the matter was never resolved. There is no way to speak to anyone. They take your money, then dont resolve your issues. I paid for something that I never ordered or wanted. This is completely unacceptable.Business Response
