      I ordered a pair of sneakers from SNIPEUSA on their website on 12/28/2022. I ordered a size 11.5, I received one shoe that was an 11.5 and another that was an 10.5. I have been trying to get in touch with SNIPES customer service in order to fix this issue. I want a new pair of sneakers in the correct size that I ordered.

      Snipes charge my card for some shoes that I order for Christmas but I never did receive the shoes. I waited till January because I thought it was a delay then I contacted someone they told me that my money will be on my card in three days but thats far from the truth. They still have my money. I have not refund me my money.

      ordered a pair of shoes on 1/07/23 and they was suppose to be delivered 1/13/23, it say that the packages was delivered and given to customer , nobody was home , so I called ***** to get more info they couldn't do anything for me after sitting on the phone for 2 hours , the said I need to file a claim with Jimmy jazz , all I wanted was to get the package . So I call could never get anyone on the phone and when I emailed all they could tell me is that my package was deliver and they was closing my case. I knew the packages said delivered but I didn't have it . I was told today 1/18/23 that they couldn't do anything for me cause the package was marked as delivered, I would have to call my back cause they couldn't give me a refund .

      I placed an order on their website on January 2 The amount of the transacation was$146.99 They took my money and never shipped the order, they keep saying its shipped but when I go to track it theres no movement.Which means they just printed the label and never did anything to ship.Terrible company, if you go to their social media, many others complain the same thing has happened. They need to be disciplined and to put out of business.

      On 12/27/22 I order two pair of sneakers from ***** **** /Snipes and was sent a confirmation number for both of them a couple days later one pair was delivered and not the other one, so I’ve been emailing the company then I received an email stating my order was canceled and that a refund will be debited back to my card within 3 to 5 days and nothing yet has been put back on my card. I’ve been emailing snipes and no one’s responding and if they do respond, it’s old emails. I’m a single mother I don’t have money to waste this was a late Christmas gift for my nephew who in college

      I placed an order for a pair of shoes. I accidentally ordered the wrong size. I sent them an email as soon as I noticed within an hour of ordering. Ordered 1/14/23. Order number *******. They are telling me they have already shipped but they have not. I have proof that why have not so they are able switch out sizes. Total paid was $95.34

      I placed an order on 12/21/22 and still haven’t received it. I reached out several times and i just keep getting told due to global shipping delays, they couldn’t tell me when it will ship. I called and left my number as no one answered, no call back. I sent several emails, i got two responses with the same response and the online chat is off. I just want the item i ordered.

      I placed an order on december 15 2022 of 5 pair of shoes. I received 3 and 1 was canceled. On January 9 the other was supposed to be shipped as of today only a shipping label was created. They were $32.11. I have tried emailing this Company at least 5 times and no response or no refund. Really the shoes were supposed to be shipped within 5 days but there is no way to even contact them to canceled or get an update.

      I have contacted this business numerous times trying to get my refund for some returned items that was defective. I have yet to receive a response from the business on my refund. I followed all of the instructions for the refund. I dont understand how it is so difficult to get your money back from this business but they are quick to ship out defective products.

      The business has contacted me through email and has provided a refund for 1 returned item. I returned 3 items. I am still awaiting the refund for 2 additional items that I returned. I have also replied back to the business through email about this and have not gotten a response yet.

      I placed an order on 12/25/2022 on ***** ****/Snipes USA for a pair of **** priced at $100. I did not receive any sort of communication other than a confirmation that my order was placed. I checked the original tab on my computer that I placed the order on and it said the order was cancelled on 01/06/2023. I have reached out multiple times to the email provided for their customer service and have not received an answer as to how I will receive a refund as I placed the order on a **** gift card that is now expired and does not exist. I asked if they could provide a store credit at the very least and I finally received my first communication stating they issued the refund to the initial payment and thats all they can do.

       When an order is placed with us, we place an authorization hold on your card and do not settle the charge until a product has shipped. Since your order was canceled you were not charged.
