      I am attempting to have my issue addressed before I am forced to message the BBB. It seems as if that's the only way to get prompt and accurate results from your company. So here I am for a third time attempting to get you to understand the situation. My name is ************ my email address is ******************** yesterday 03/03/23 I attempted to purchase a pair of shoes from you with the card numbering ################ I attempted three times to complete transaction I received a declined card message each of the three times so I called my bank to then find out that there were in fact two identical charges for the amount of the shoes. I never received and order number, or a confirmation email or any sort of indication that the transaction was actually completed. All I have are two charges with no results. I'm tired of being ignored. You customer service number is useless and I'm beginning to think this is to. I feel like you should be falling over yourselves to correct such a grievous error yet when you do "respond" to my emails it's as is you won't even acknowledge what I'm telling you. You last communication asked me for an order number. The entire premise is that I haven't received one yet I've still been charged, TWICE!

      I ordered a hat from them in size 7 3/4 and they sent me a 7 1/4 hat. I emailed immediately and called and havent had a response in 3 weeks. I still have the product in the box and want an exchange but I know there was only one remaining in store and Im sure its is gone hence why Im not getting a response.

      I purchased a pair of size 5.5 tennis shoes in Oct for my daughter as a Christmas gift because I know these shoes would not be found near Christmas time so as soon as I recieved the shoes I checked only one it said a 5.5 so fast forward to Christmas my daughter gets the shoes opens them up & she loves them so we put them up I ordered her some crease protectors in January so I can put them in her shoes as I start to put them in & that's when I find out one of the shoes are a 5.5 the other is a size 5 so I run it to the store that used to be named Jimmy jazz now its named snipes to jus try to exchange it out they say they can't do an exchange because they just did a change over from jimmy jazz to snipes so the computers are not fully changed over to make an exchange they gave me the i called the customer service left my number with them quite a few times & started emailing them aswell about a week or two later they finally started calling me back & I've been back & forth with the company via ************* calls trying to just get an exchange for the mistake that they made on their end & now they are trying to say because of a certain time they can't do anything about I've mentioned to them that the shoes haven't been worn yet sent pictures showing the shoe size and told them my daughter was waiting on spring to wear the shoes they were trying to get me to drive an hour and a half out of my way to exchange the shoes since the one near me can't do an exchange why would I drive an hour and a half to fix the mistake that they made on their end not trying to reimburse me for gas only thing I wanted the company to just do was an even exchange but now I would like a refund for all the problems that the company have been given me...

      I purchased a pair of shoes from Jimmy Jazz/Snipes USA and wish I never did. what a bad experience. I have been trying to reach a person via phone to talk to for at least two weeks but seems impossible. I cry waiting on the phone for someone to answer.First of all, their web site shows that shipping is free for over a $100 but still charged me for shipping. my total paid was $212.05. i returned the shoes and got refunded only $159.59. What in the world??? I am trying to speak to them to understand but seems there is no way to reach anyone. I am so frustrated and regret buying from this place. I even contacted them via ******** and Instagram, someone called me from ********* via video but can't say here what I saw in the video but to be honest on this issue, I am not so sure this is a true account for them, but I reported it and will see.

      We purchased a pair of shoes for our daughter and the shoe size is too small the policy says to contact you guys and include the packaging slip for a return but we did not receive a packaging slip when we received the pair of shoes. Please advise.. I've tried to get a hold of customer service through ******** Messenger and the phone number listed on the ******** page and all I get is someone hanging up on me several times now.
