      I ordered the shoes this morning around 9 am but wanted to cancel immediately after because they were not the right size. On the website it says that I can cancel if they are not shipped. Not 1 minute after ordering there is no option to cancel, and no shipping information. I just want to cancel my order per company policy.

      I'm sorry I don't seen any orders from this date from this name or email address. I will reach out to the customer directly to try to resolve the issue.
