    In the past I have patronize this business because of there offer of 2 pairs of eye glasses for $79.99 that also includes a eye exam for the prescription needed to order the eye glasses, so because of being on a fixed retirement income from Social Security Retirement Benefit, and because of no other income I and forced to find deals, so as in the past this same establishment did and had complied with there offer of which they have a huge impact poster on there store front window, that stipulates as followed, GET 2 PAIRS OF EYE GLASSES INCLUDING A EYE EXAM FOR THE PRESCRIPTION AND GET ALL FOR $79.99.But unlike the last time that I was able to pay $79.99 for a eye exam and 2 pairs of eye glasses, this time I was charged $129.00, for the eye exam and only 1 pair of a eye glasses, so I asked why was I just getting 1 pair of eye glasses and having to pay a additional $50.00, and the store employee told me that I was getting special lenses to help me see better.But after getting the glasses there was no difference between my last eye glasses, I did not get bifocal lenses, I did not get any Tinting for the sun, I did not get any other type of lenses such as scratch resistant or anything else added to the lenses.I also want to be perfectly clear and honest, but I don't want to be classified as a disgruntled customer, but I have yet to be able to see clearly when using the eye glasses in question, so I am asking that your agency investigate this transaction for any impropriety, and if there is any impropriety founded by your agency I ask that the matter be rectified in what ever recommendation your agency feels that is ************ VISIT WAS ON 02/13/2025, THE DAY THAT THIS OCCURRED.
