    The customer services it’s horrible.. I took my mother back in may 1 2023. The front desk misplaced my mother’s chart. After waiting for an hour and 30 min the dr. Seen her she paid. Last week my daughter called to see if her glasses got there and they told her no. I called today and they stated that they can’t bill the insurance company so she they couldn’t do her glasses. They very rude.. when I ask for my mothers money back the girl hung up on me.
