My friends and I booked with MS parking for our trip, group of 8, 2 cars. I have rode with them in the past and have not had any issues. To begin there is no way these cars passed inspection, low tire lights, check engine light, brake system no working, and others I cant even remember. They advertise ***** minutes pick up and convenience. We requested the shutter at 6:38pm and they did not show up until 7:10pm. As well as rudely informed us that they were only able to take the drivers of the vehicles. Then the drivers would have to drive to the airport to get us, that what is the point of paying them to shuttle us if they arent going to do the thing we pay them for. I am writing to report significant damage sustained by my vehicle while it was parked in the outdoor valet parking lot at MS Parking Philly. Below are the details of my parking arrangement and the subsequent issues encountered:Parking Order: OGI46507434 Ticket Number: ****** Parking Period: July 23rd to July 27th, 2024 On July 27th, 2024, we picked up our car after five days and, in our rush, didnt inspect it. Two hours later, at my sons house, when we got out of the car in **********, we noticed a significant scratch along the right side of both doors.I immediately attempted to contact MS Parking Philly on July 27th by calling both numbers provided ************* and ************), but no one answered, so I left a voicemail. I called again the next morning, on July 28th, and was asked to send a picture of the damage, which I did, to the number **************. Shortly after, I received a text from phone number ************** containing only the email address ***************************************** with no additional message. I emailed my complaint to this address on July 28th, 2024, and followed up with another email on August 2nd, 2024.Since I did not receive any further information or response from MS Parking Philly, I reached out to ******************************* for assistance on August 6th, 2024. They informed me that they were attempting to get in touch with the manager of MS Parking Philly. After a second follow-up with ******************************* on August 14th, 2024, I was told that they were unable to contact the MS Parking manager and that they had escalated the issue to their vendor department directly. Despite this escalation, I have still not received any resolution or further communication.I have obtained an estimate for the repair of the damage, which I am including with this email for your review.Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. 7/11/2024 They damaged my car and will not provide reimbursement as promised, per Manager, Fasal My experience with MS Parking in ************ was absolutely horrendous. I parked my car there, leaving my keys on the premises as required. When I returned, my car had been driven without my permission, and there was significant damage to the rear bumper. It was evident someone had hit my car or one of their employees had damaged it while moving it. I had noted the mileage before leaving, anticipating possible issues since I had heard of similar incidents happening before.The damage included cracks and chips in the paint, the bumper snapped off, and pieces of cloth stuck between the bumper and the car where they had attempted to wipe off the transfer paint and damage. Speaking with the manager, *****, was a nightmare. Initially, he denied any wrongdoing. He then started taking pictures and questioned his employees in another language. Eventually, he provided me with a card and said they would handle it by reimbursing me via Zelle after their body shop assessed the damage. I informed him that I didnt have *****, and he mentioned there were other ways to be paid.The situation grew even more suspicious as I recorded part of the interaction. Another customer was also there, dealing with a similar issue. His car had been driven as well, and after a recent oil change with documented mileage, numerous miles had been added, resulting in a blown engine. It was an absolutely insane situation.Despite numerous calls, texts, emails, and sending videos as instructed, MS Parking has refused to contact us or resolve the issue. They are 100% thieves. Ms parking takes 45 mins with no communication to pick up a customer and their facility is only five mins from the airport. There are also no seatbelts in the van which is a safety hazard. This business should be shut down.Initial Complaint

We parked here from June 11th at 4am until June 18th at 9pm. When we arrived, they stated they couldn't look up our original reservation I had made months in advance. Even though we could pull it up online, they said we needed an email we never received. We were forced to make a new reservation for double the cost. When we got home and looked into it, the original charge had dropped off. In addition to that frustration, this business is unsafe. The shuttles are run down without working seatbelts - only 3 out 10+ seats had a clip. My significant other cut themselves on sharp metal looking for a clip. The driver is extremely unprofessional and drives like he's in a race. They clip the seatbelt behind themselves, run stop signs/lights, and use their phone while driving. Almost nothing on the website is true, and the false advertising is also frustrating.Initial Complaint

I paid in advance and then during my trip I had to stay over and upon my return I calculated that the overage would be $190.00. I called and was told it would be fine and I can pay when I get back. I asked could I go online again and just pay the difference. I was told I could just pay upon my return. When I arrived I was picked up and when I went to the office to pay the fee. I was told if it's cash it would be cheaper. I said what would the cost be? The clerk said $190. How is that cheaper. I was then told the charge for cards would be $230.00. I originally paid $79.92 - 9.99 per day for 8 days on my card. This place is a ripoff if you extend. I normally don't park my car at this place and I will never do so in the feature. I will stick to my normal place. DON NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE. Date: June 19, 2023
