    SHUT THIS BUSINESS DOWN !!! This is the worst company to say the have airport parking! They should not be running any type of van service for the ******************** ! When I landed back in Philly i called this company at 7:36am first no one answer the phone and I called back I spoke with this man who told me that the van would be there in 15 mins, or 15 mins came and left and no van show up. I called 10 more times when I did get that same person he lied again and said he received a lot of calls but the van should be coming soon:-( waited the van finally showed up and there was only one seat up in the front with the driver. I jump in and the other people had to wait for another van. They don't have enough drivers and management don't care all they are about is the money!!! They need to be look into !!!!

    They are literally the absolute worst business I have EVER dealt with. We called for a pick up AN HOUR AGO. 3 vans sailed right past us. No one picks up the phone. I called at least 20 times. How do you not have an operator picking up the phone?!?!?!? This company is the worst, the driver is in the middle of the ******* road and we might die on the way back to the lot. THIS BUSINESS NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY

    HORRIABLE EXPERIENCE!!!!I had a Terrible experience with your parking company.I came on Friday morning to drop off my car and your staff was extremely rude because I was asking if I could park my car in the front of the lot. The one man said yes no problem. As soon as I went inside to check in the check in man was yelling and being very disrespectful because I was asking him questions.As we returned today Monday July 29, 2024. We waited 28 minutes to get picked up from the airport. We will finally arrive to your lot. The guy who was driving the car stated the was having trouble starting be it turns out that one of your staff members dont know how to start a **** The guy mentions that he had no issues starting my car and didnt need to jumpstart my car. I said okay fine. As I loaded of my familys luggage into my car I got into my drivers seat and realized that my hood light is on stating Hood is open. I got out of my car to close my hood as I looked down the front of grill of my car was off. So I was very upset and confused as the staff member stated he did open my hood of the car. I need someone to explain why my grill failed off. I went back to the office and asked him what happened to my grill. He said oh yes its over here. I walked over and he had my grill in the back of a pickup truck. So I was like how did my grill get on the pick up truck and he said he wasnt sure. Im disgusted with the lack of communication with your staff and if I lefted the parking lot none of your employees would never say anything which is crazy to me. I need a 100% refund and pay for the damages of my grill. My car was perfect when I left my car on your property. I also need to see the camera footage to see what actually happened while I was away since your staff was able to experience how they damaged my car. I need someone from the management team to call me ASAP as this issue hasnt been resolved yet.

    This was honestly the worst airport parking of our lives. 0/5 stars without a doubt. To start - they conveniently couldn't find our original reservation I made months in advance, even though we had the reservation number and our card had been charged. They said we needed and email we neve received. We had to make a new reservation at 4am for DOUBLE the original cost. (~$120, on par with more reputable places). When we got home, the first charge had mysteriously disappeared. Now, terribly shady business practices aside, this isn't a secure lot. It's a parking lot that they squeeze as many cars into as possible. AND THEY TAKE AND KEEP YOUR CAR KEYS. No other option. This isn't a typical self park, get a ticket with your spot, hop on a shuttle. You park in a temporary spot, they take your keys and drive like a bat out of h*** in your vehicle to go stick it somewhere. Then you get in a small, rundown van, where they drive like a bat out of h*** to the airport. I was genuinely afraid on our trip there. The vans don't have working seatbelts - all but 3 seats didn't have a buckle for the clip - my husband cut his finger on sharp metal looking for one. The seats are stained and gross looking. Thankfully I could buckle my two kids in, but it is extremely unsafe - especially with how they drive. They treat your luggage like garbage - worse than the airport. The driver had his seatbelt clipped behind him and was also using his phone while driving.But really, they fact that it's an open lot in a shady part of town is what made me the most uncomfortable. Anyone can walk right in and break in to cars. And they have your car key, so if someone breaks into the main office they can also have their pick of cars. Do not park here.

    I am giving this place one star only because it won't let me give it zero stars. What a HORRIBLE experience! When we let them know we were at the spot to be picked up at the airport they said it would be a ***** wait for the shuttle van. Traffic was very bad but we waited an hour and 45 minutes for the van while watching other car park shuttles go by again and again and again. During that time ONE MS parking van flew by already full and a second one refusing to let us on because the driver said he was going to a different car park even though the front of the van said MS Parking. This delay cost us an extra $80 because we couldn't get to the kennel in time to pick up our dogs. When I requested a refund to pay for our extra expense due to their poor management of their shuttle service they of course refused. I would highly recommend NEVER using MS Parking. The only pleasant part of the whole experience was the very sweet man working in the office. The supervisor on duty at the time was horrible.

    The most horrible experience I ever encountered parking my vehicle at the airport. They solely depend on your key fob working to find your car. No organization or management in this parking facility. They tell you to call them once you retrieve your bags and they'll pick you up. After pickup you would think that your car is warmed up ready to go.. NO... they 'll don't know where your car is. Took them a hour to find my car. No apology. No empathy. NO concern. I will never use this parking facility again.

    If i could leave zero stars, I would. This is an absolute circus of a business with clowns, driving the vans and running the show. I had written an honest review about my experience over 3 weeks ago. I explained how MS Parking was over 20 minutes late picking us up from the airport. The driver barely helped get 4 adults and 3 children's luggage in the van. The driver was blasting music and driving like an absolute lunatic. The van was disgusting with empty Cheeto wrappers and broken seatbelts. I sat on a broken metal seatbelt and was bruised on my backside. Not to mention, the driver was on the phone the entire time. Once we got to the lot, we were told by the driver that he couldn't drive us to our parking spot, because it was too tight. He also did not help take the luggage out of the van because he was in an intense conversation on the phone. After getting our own luggage out, we had to trek through this dark lot with all of our luggage to get to our car, all while the driver took off and drove 60 mph through the lot (he could have easily hit a parked car or a person). Once we were in the car, we couldn't get out because the parking was an absolute nightmare. My husband had to literally back out like 200 yards before he could safely turn and get out. I then wrote an email to the owner and posted an honest review about my experience. I never got an email response. But 4 days later, I did get a phone call from the driver begging me to take down the review. The manager promised to reimburse us, if we did. 3 weeks later and there's zero reimbursement. Just me, getting played by a terrible company with zero business acumen or etiquette. So, buyer beware...pay extra and go to a reputable company that knows how to run a business and safely drive a vehicle.
