    I purchased 2 dog tracking tags online from this company on 08/19/23. While this company claimed these tags are waterproof, they stopped working within 1 day of use after getting slight wet. Upon contacting them on 09/02/23 and receiving no response, I contacted them again on 09/06/23. They indicated that they just changed their tags molds which were higher rated for waterproof protection. At this same time, they indicated I could return my tags to the address provided and once received, they would process a full refund. My USPS tracking indicated they were delivered on 09/19 and upon not hearing back, I emailed them on 09/26/23 for a status on the return. Upon responding, they claimed that both tags returned were "broken and inoperable" and that they would not be processing a refund for me. Upon leaving negative reviews on their site, they immediately removed them claiming they were inaccurate or false reviews. Subsequent to this, they refunded me $47.96 (50%) on 09/28/23. This company also has a Satisfaction Guarantee clearly listed on their site stating the following: "We know you (and your pet) will love your Roam Tag and much as we do. In fact, if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, just let us known (typo on their site) within 30 days and we'll issue a full refund".I am clearly not satisfied and let them know this within the appropriate timeframe and am owed a FULL refund, not 50%. In addition, I also had to pay $5 to mail them back due to the fact I never received a return shipping label they claimed to have sent me.

    Ordered dog tag that is supposed allow me to track my dog using ***** find my network. Website says full refunds if not satisfied and contact company within 30 days. We received notice that the tag was shipped on 9/12. It arrived a couple days later. It did not always update to my dogs current location. On 10/3 it updated for the last time and would not update even when I was next to my dog with my ******. Emailed company on 10/5 to troubleshoot. No response. Uninstalled from my find my account and then could not get it to reload. Tag broke in half. Called on 10/9 (no response and left voicemail) and sent follow up email. No response. Sent email today (10/12) citing companies OWN refund policy on website and was told I was not eligible for refund with no explanation, apology, or support.
