    Its a zero. The web scan feature is smart but the device failed on my first dog first week battery cap fell off then the replacement was inconsistent my other dog tag stopped working two weeks ago I changed out the battery but no go. Its a junk product. Zero support -5 stars

    The tag keeps beeping. I have been reaching out for a month & have done all they have asked regarding resetting the device. It is defective. The beeping at random times scares my dog. All Ive asked for is a replacement, There is no live person, only texts and emails. Do not buy this product

    Do not waste your money on this faulty product. Right from the start, I was having to change the battery with less than a month of usage. I wouldnt realize that it wasnt operating until I would go to the Find My page and realize that I had a false sense of security that my dog had been being tracked when it had been inoperable over a period of unknown time. When I contacted support at the company to report this issue, they advised me that I had a defective unit and I should buy a new one. No offer to replace it and not even offering a lower price on a new tag. There are plenty of tags out there that are less expensive, and hopefully, work a lot longer than three months.

    If I could give 0 stars, I would. Bottom line, we ordered 3 tags as Christmas gifts, 11 days before. It is now 5 days after and we still havent received them. We have contacted them several times and have been told its not their problem; contact the carrier. Today we got this:Recipient,Your order was shipped out the day after it was placed. Here is the tracking number, which was sent to you:(Tracking # was here).It is out of our control how fast or slow **** gets your order to you.Also, it's Christmas week, everything is delayed. You should learn to have more patience.We are a small business and it's extremely disappointing to deal with customers like yourself who file chargebacks when there order is delayed during the holidays!We'll be contacting your credit card company and rejecting your chargeback if it's not cancelled by the end of the week.Take care,Thanks,Roam Tag Support So, yes. Their customer service is lacking. I do not recommend them.

    I am very disappointed with this product. I purchased this Roam tag for my new pup, after the loss of my previous dog. I wanted my new dog to be safe. The tag worked at first but then lost signal, i replaced the battery that only lasted a month or so. After the battery replacement it would not sync back to my phone. I tried and tried everything suggested by the company. The costumer service was terrible. They told me your roamtag must be damaged you need to purchase a bew one. That was very discouraging! I will NOT purchase or recommend this product to dog lovers! Our dog could have been lost and never found because of this faulty product!

    The tag does not pair with any iPhone that I have. **************** is aweful. The company doesn't stand behind its product or service.. a total waste of money.

    Worst customer service experience *** ever had. This is nothing but a scam company - THIEVES!. In the initial marketing advertising they fail to up front let consumers know this location tag will be totally useless in a rural area where there are no other IPhones within 100 for it to connect with (in order to function at all). They hide this critical fact pages back in the fine print that nobody reads.I tried to cancel my $175 order literally 5 minutes after placing my order. However, there was no way to cancel an order with their non existent customer service. I received a text statin it was too later, order has already processed. Yet the tags arrived 3 weeks later and were immediately sent back unopened, yet response from Roamtag and no refund given. After weeks of back and forth via robot texts, they finally tell me it takes 20 days to process a refund. I wait. Nothing. I make threats to go public and finally receive only half of my $175 with a snippy reply saying my case is closed. THIS COMPANY IS CRIMINAL. They have no legitimate customer service, make it impossible to cancel an order, and then intentionally steal 50% of your money with impunity. Thats not a refund. Thats theft!!!!

    Their product does not work, Roam tag showed my dog was in the house, but she was really outside.Their refund policy on their website, has a money back guarantee with a 10% restocking fee, when I requested to return the product they are now charging me a 50% reprocessing fee. I sent them an email stating what their web site states, they responded "No it doesn't, you are not reading the policy correctly. This ticket is now closed and any future replies will not be received."

    I purchased 2 Roam Tags a month ago as I have 2 dogs. They came with a small, thin ring to attach to dogs' collars. Within 2 days, one of my dogs managed to get the Roam Tag off his collar, leaving the ring on the collar. Apparently he chewed and swallowed all of the white case and part of the “electronic chip” inside. The only thing he did not swallow was part of the electronic chip and the lithium battery, although he did chew on the battery. Thankfully he did not swallow the battery as we would have had to take him to the vet for X-rays and possible surgical removal. I contacted the company and told them I wanted to return what was left of the one as well as the other one as I didn’t want to risk the same thing happening with my other dog. They sent me a return label and a couple weeks later replied that they were issuing a refund for about 25% of what I paid! They said their refund policy during the introductory period was that the return had to be in good condition and a restocking charge of up to 50% is subtracted from the purchase price! Their website states that these units are “bite proof” and “satisfaction guaranteed”. What a SCAM!

    DO NO BUY! They promise no questions asked refund. Product was never opened. Returned immediately. Promised refund would be processed within 20 business days. We are at day 24 and still nothing.
