    The date of the transaction was February 9th and I paid ***** dollars which included everything in the program like materials, study guides, a certificate of completion and a certification of Phlebotomy when I take the final test which is included. The program started February 12th, 2024 - April 17th, 2024. I was supposed to take my final test April 17th but the instructor, ****** rescheduled me. I was texting and calling and I have been ignored. She gave me a date May 3rd, 2024 and it was for a practice test. After she has claimed that I will be receiving a email that I have been signed into the system and ready to take the test. A week later on May 8th, 2024 I have picked up my certificate of completion. She mentioned again that I should have received an email stating I have been signed into the system and ready to take my test. I have never received the email to be signed up to take my test which was included in the 1500 that I paid. It has been a month since I completed the course and still havent been able to take my final test.

    I started a phlebotomy course on 12/4/23 I paid $***** for the course was only a 8 week course I'm still in the course because magnificent touch phlebotomy is with holding my information I need to take my final exam from my understanding I was supposed to have been registered and the ***** pays for the exam. Unfortunately I have yet to take my exam because the instructor refused to give my information. I need to complete the exam the instructor has not been communicating well I would just like a refund.

    I paid and took a phlebotomy class that was promised to be 8weeks which turned into 6month+. I am now waiting to take my test and my instructor which is the business owner, will not give me the tools to login into the system to take the test and withholding the information that was promised in the invoice and included in the payment she received.

    I recently attended Magnificent Touch Phlebotomy for a course time frame of (01/2024-04/2024) with instructor *************************. I recently have passed the course which made me capable of taking the *** testing. Per instructor ****** is to register the class for this test which I paid her during the class of total $1500.00 and she has yet to register the class for *** cert test for ********** ,**. I have reached out multiple times regarding this matter with request of when and will this be done with no answers. I recently found out ************** is not the documented instructor for when we take the practice test, documentation states ***********************. I was never made aware of this when signing up for this documented phlebotomy course. I have yet to been capable of taking my certification test through the City of **********, **. Per **************** refuses to communicate with me via text/phone/email to give explanation of delays. Please advice what is needed further, i would like a full refund of total balance paid.

    *************************** has taken our course. our policy is that students has ***** days to take their certification exam, During the time class was over I discovered an health issue where I had to put business on hold to handle things in in my personal life.... I was transparent with ***** and kept her aware of everything that was going. there is a no refund policy here at Magnificent Touch Phlebotomy... ***** has received her certificate of completion for completing our course. I was never in denial of her taking her final exam, I had to handle my personal health issues.  Yes the system used is under ***********************, she's my daughter and is co owner of Magnificent Touch. 

    ***** will be  allowed to take her exam once I'm back in office
