    Owner/Operator is not an honest professional. She charges $1500 for 8 weeks of class which basically is her having you write noted word for word from the manual that she uses instead of issuing your a book of the online program. You also practice sticking of course . Then gives you quizzes that are the equivalent to grade level work. All the while promising to give you access to the system where you take unlimited practice tests for the certification exam, the entire 8 weeks. Which she never does and I suspect that its a financial reason as it costs her $180 per person to do so. Then once you completed your classes she then wants to monitor you for practice tests which you can simply do on your own. However she wants to witness you passing 2 of them first before giving you access. All of which should have happen during the classes. And if you do not chase her down you will never hear from her again. And there are no refunds, meanwhile the time from completing the class to taking the exam is becoming longer. Its a disgrace. She does not care about making sure you get your certification in phlebotomy and Its really disheartening to see someone take advantage of peoples hard work and money.
