    In April we paid well over $10,000 to install a new cobiboiler heating system. Winter is here so we turned on the heat last week and it doesn't work. Called for a service call last week, they came this week and technician found a problem. **** the boss demanded $380 to fix it even though the electrical was in the contract which was never updated. **** refused to honor the contract, I have no heat and it's 30 degrees out. Also the system says there is a problem with the exhaust flue so I am worried about carbon monixide.

    Working on it now. After the owner looked at the contract he sent someone to fix it. Still waiting to see if problem arises again. **** is untrustworthy there though, he was an ah. Will add in a week or 2 since something may still be a bit off

    They are coming out a 4th time and attempting another fix. I still do not have a proper working heating system but they are working on it again tomorrow.  Still unresolved

    They came out many times, 5 times. It appears problem may be fixed, was installed incorrectly. I just want to make sure warranty is started when system was installed properly and for them to perform a promised service before I consider it resolved. Thanks for reaching out
