I have been experiencing mold in my unit since 10/11/2019. I have made several complaints to management and the issue still has not been resolved. I fear for the health and safety of myself(being though I am 9 months pregnant) and my children who ages range from 3-18 years old. My 14 year old constantly gets headaches and this is solely when hes at home. My 3 year old constantly has chronic coughing, and congestion. I can smell the mold, especially in my bathroom. At this point I am fed up with the lack of concern from management. And is looking to take legal actions.

4/12/2025 I applied for a 62 plus community.I called the complex before completing the application.I was told by the manager that there were no openings. However, if I send a completed application along with a $50.00, I would be placed on a waiting list.Once an opening comes up, the next person on the list will be contacted and the application will be submitted.I did as was suggested by the manager two weeks *********, I received a letter claiming that they ran my credit, and I was rejected.I doubled checked on their webpage to see if there was an application fee and there wasn't one.I was scammed into submitting money to them in order to be placed on a "waiting list", not charged an apartment application for a non-existent apartment.I am very thorough when asking questions and researching.I can only imagine other seniors who submitted money to be placed on a waiting list; only to be quickly rejected.I am reporting this and want a full refund.

FEBUARY 28th 2025 at the complex I currently reside at ********************* located ********************************, I was threatened by a tow company that my car would be towed from our complex's parking area while my car was in a non-handicap parking spot but nevertheless a designated parking spot without any prior warning or notice issued by our new property manager, *********. The *** company driver who claimed the property manager called for the vehicle to be towed away. Our pleas for clarification from the manager remain unaddressed, leading to feelings of distress and apprehension. Having schools nearby, a lot of children dwell in our residences. But the recent move by management to permanently lock gates, a significant change to the environment we are used to living in, is causing major discomfort. It's a safety issue where the children, rather than taking a shorter and familiar path, are forced to walk long their way around the corners to get to school - a situation in ***** violation of their basic safety and rights. Simple requests like filter changes and key replacements seem to fall on deaf ears despite our attempts to discuss these issues amicably with the manager. As a property manager she does not understand the importance of open communication and user-friendly policy infrastructure, ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity to all residents. Our community deserves better. We deserve to live without worry about arbitrary rules, lack of services, or sudden, unforeseen changes that disrupt our lives and put us at risk. Only thing I have that supports my claim are neighbors who was also out there and confused when the tow driver told us all that I was not a resident. And a video recording

This caused her to lose her subsidized living. They also would not accept her rent payments. Consumer is now being evicted. She has contacted legal aid, ********** Rights and the ************************** but no one has been able to help her.

This is about an Apartment I rented back in 2017. I was told from the beginning an was in contract that water/sewer an trash pick up would be included in the rent an after about 8 months they started sending out letters that you would be billed for past water/sewer an trash pick up use an moving forward from there. I told the front desk people that you payed your rent to that I would have to move because that would put me over my budget. So they have been trying ever since then to charge me for braking lease an all back pay for water/sewer an trash pick up. I disagree with this because they are the ones that breached the contract. An I just couldn't afford it anymore by myself.

*********************** at ***************************************** refuses to properly address AND fix the elevator issues as well as maintenance requests. Many times only one elevator is operational. Residents have been stranded on the elevator the past few months. No one answers the call button and neighboring residents can hear people screaming for help. The company receives funds for affordable housing through HUD for disabled and elderly customers. Residents are scared to complain because they will receive letters saying rent was late when it had been paid on time. The management has had a lot of turnover in maintenance and maintenance is now understaffed. The exterminator used to service the building regularly. I believe the company used previously has been changed and the new company doesn't come as often leading to more problems with bed bugs.
